LOL, ain’t he just?He is such a charming man!

Or what if there was no trip and fall, and something more sinister caused her traumatic brain injury? Falling down the stairs to your death sounds like something you would see in a soap opera.Perhaps there was no "trip and fall". What if Gloria Satterfield really did die of natural causes and Alex told her family that she fell? And then Alex kept the insurance money (half a million or 4 million or something in between).
The estate is still worth millions and millions of dollars. Harpootlian will get paid.
I'm sure the firm knew what was happening with the money and that a certain (shockingly huge) amount of money was available to Alex as "discretionary" meaning not that they couldn't have known exactly what he was doing with it, meaning they didn't want to know what he was doing with it. That creates a layer of protection for them against being culpable in any conspiracy that it may end up being proven Alex was involved in. You can bet your *advertiser censored* there are layers upon layers upon layers of this kind of plausible deniability everywhere you look in this case.
Here's hoping that the state attorney generals office is both willing and able to see through them

"Timmy" was the name his friends gave him when he was significantly intoxicated, belligerent and out of control.Well Conner Cook did say in a deposition that her heard the rumor that "Timmy" pushed Gloria down the steps.

We asked attorney Dick Harpootlian about the injury when it wasn’t obvious in Alex Murdaugh’s court appearance. Not even a Band-Aid.
Harpootlian repeated what he said in court the previous day, again pointing to the back of his head and reiterating there was an entrance and exit wound.
Our @WJCLNews crew was there yesterday as Murdaugh made his court appearance. Here you can see his attorney @Harpootlian4SC answering reporter questions.
Reporter: "Did Maggie and Paul Murdaugh have life insurance policies?"
Harpootlian: "No. Had no insurance."

You’re missing a pronoun Mr. Harpo. Are you sure neither had life insurance? I wonder if Maggie had a will…@islandpacket

I think you’re right. The very moment I found CES’s trucking company. I was thinking he was transporting drugs across state lines which makes it a fed case. I found a couple of different spreadsheets from the NY DOT that his name was listed on. The links are now corrupted so I can’t tell what they were for. JMO: I think he was manufacturing and distributing meth and heroin.I think we'll see a big RICO indictment in this case. May not be for a while, but I think there's easily enough for a RICO charge.
I do not for one moment believe there was no life insurance on MM or PM.
If she died of natural causes, why would the insurance pay out millions to her family in a settlement. If she died from diabetes or a stroke, why would the M family be sued?Alex Murdaugh has 'fallen from grace,' his lawyer says, three months after his wife and son were killed - CNN
The coroner states that her injuries were "inconsistent" with a trip and fall. WHO wrote natural causes on the death certificate?
Yeah, there's no way the King of Insurance Lawyers isn't going to have the Mrs. insured up the wazoo. Don't believe it 'Mr. Hootenanny' as someone here called him the other day. You’re missing a pronoun Mr. Harpo. Are you sure neither had life insurance? I wonder if Maggie had a will…

Wait - what?!?
I thought he was doing his own homeowners insurance policy because the trip and fall accident happened in his home. That’s how they got $500,000, from the Alex Murdaugh homeowner policy.
But this is saying he took out LIFE INSURANCE on his housekeeper?!?! A $4 million life insurance policy on his housekeeper?!?
if that’s true, then her death is absolutely suspicious!!!
