Why new court dates set? This case has shown no new info, no movement, nothing since early spring 2024, from what I could see. moo

Please tell us what new court dates OP is viewing. Seems to me there's been no change to the docket since posted last May. Thanks.

Just from what I’m seeing with the slow courts around the upstate I’d guess we will be awaiting for a while.

Indictments weren't filed until late January 2024 so seeing discovery motions and not much else populating the docket in 7 months seems about par for a small county. Then again I've not seem much in SC outside of "Murdaugh" county. I don't think this is a situation of well heeled lawyers to help push the boat. JMO
