SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Authorities in Sioux Falls are investigating an infant death after staff at a recycling center in Sioux Falls discovered what police called “a full-term infant” at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday.

According to Sioux Falls police, staff members at the Millennium Recycling center found the baby and called police around 6:40 a.m.

Another horror which certainly could have been a wonderful adoption if the mother of the little one had taken him to a "safe place." Imagine the joy of a family who could have adopted this little guy.
Wondering if here is still a chance that blood samples, or DNA or whatever, could possibly point to the mother of this newborn. This would be an extreme piece of luck.
