I suspect that the alleged "CP" they've been finding isn't of the kiddie variety, but rather teen. There's an abundance of perfectly legal *advertiser censored* that, at first blush, might falsely appear to be CP when you include post-pubescent but underage teenagers in the CP category (as the law does). The models are simply young-looking, petite, shaved adults.

I would not even be surprised to find that well-framed images of BD might be questioned, and she is in her 30's.

It would take some heavy research to wade through a pile of that kind of thing and determine whether you are actually looking at something illegal. Some of it you would probably never be able to determine.

Because of the broad spectrum of potential CP by the legal definition, it's entirely possible that LE could ultimately have been mistaken about hundreds and even thousands of images that "appeared to be" CP. That might explain some of the discrepancies that seem to be arising.

Unfortunately, while kiddie images are much more shocking, the teen type of images, even if they are legal, bode much worse for Hailey.

I think *advertiser censored* is SA's hobby, or something he shares with friends and maybe Billie, but not a business. SA will likely indicted on charges regarding the *advertiser censored*, if some of it is illegal. But unless that makes him talk about Hailey, I think this case is going to go the way of Haleigh Cummings, with a person or persons in jail, but for different reasons.

I tend to agree with you that none of the images will directly, in a practical way, affect Hailey's case. I do think that a hobby involving teen *advertiser censored* might correlate with an overriding interest or fantasy that led to whatever has happened to her... but I don't think the images themselves will provide any sort of connection between SA and Hailey.

I have a feeling they won't lead to anyone sitting in jail at all.

Child *advertiser censored* or not, I'm just thankful LE has found a way to gain access to the various electronic devices. SA is sloppy. If he's responsible for Hailey's disappearance, there's a good chance he left breadcrumbs on at least one of them.

I think the same about this case too clu. It'll be a shame. I'll keep praying and holding out hope that Hailey will be located though.

IMO...I don't care what kind of *advertiser censored* it is...the fact is, it was on ANY and ALL devices that toolbox had contact with!! Whether there was one or 100 pics of CP...who cares!!!
There's a missing teenage girl here!! IMO...if this was so addicted to *advertiser censored* - of whatever kind - you can't tell me he looked at Hailey in a "pseudo step daughter" type in any way, shape or form. IMO, it was in a sexual way, and again, IMO, it's why she was so creeped out by him - paraphrasing what she told her grandma...and why she looks like she's almost covering herself up in the pic on the sofa with her mom and him. I suppose his *advertiser censored* and beastiality was just another "hobby"???
We forget that the memory sticks and camera's can be hooked up to flat screen TV's....pics can be viewed that way, too....that's some big *advertiser censored* pictures right there...LOL

AND, anyway they can get him in jail is good enough for me....jay walking, DUI....I don't know how prisoners feel about guys like SA, but it might get him talkin REAL fast about what happened to Hailey. I agree wholeheartedly. If nothing else, the sheer amount of *advertiser censored* on these devices goes to SA's state of mind.

After all, he was the first person to call Hailey "promiscuous" in the beginning, which is what set off the hinky-meters of the police in the first place.

I don't see that as a coincidence, nor do I think it's coincidental that they are finding child *advertiser censored* on more than one device, or that the same picture might be emailed to more than one computer.

And I disagree that "anyone" in the household could have done it, not if the pictures being sent were forwarded to SA's own account.

If the Defense wants to try and pin this on SA's Mom or Grandma, good luck. Neither one of them was with Hailey on her last day, but he was.

People who look at too much *advertiser censored* of any kind often escalate and want to act out scenarios in real life. We know SA made weird videos and had violent fantasies about horror movies - by his own admission. BD called that a shared "hobby."

And child molestors/pornographers often target women with children in order to get into those homes. This is all well-known and well-documented, so I don't think it's a big leap here to view SA as a possible suspect in some foul play.

I read the affidavits and didn't realize that made it sound like there were hardly no child *advertiser censored* found. Man this won't be good then for LE and I agree with smooth operator that a lawsuit could be in the works. Man.

The affidavit only lists what was found (images) in the first seize back in January. It then goes on to explain LE checked SA's gramma's computer, on the spot, in the house, before confiscating it. They found one image of CP that was also found on his mom's computer. LE have not done searching/looking through all electronic devices seized from gramma's house. LE have not released what was found on those devices. SA downloaded *advertiser censored* from internet sites, but now let's see what they find on the video recorder, cameras. This could be a whole different ball game.

SA is a disgusting sexual deviant monster. Sadly, I believe HD was his victim. JMO

I have a friend whose husband was arrested and convicted of possession of child *advertiser censored* and is serving time in federal prision now. Much of the time he is in solitary confinement for his own protection. She has shared several stories with me that the other prisioners don't look very kindly upon him and why he is there.

Was there a definitive statement taking back the confirmation that child *advertiser censored* was found on the memory stick? Hard to keep up with everything - I might have missed it!

P.s. If there was no retraction to Toombs's previous confirmation, I don't think the fact that the 3/16 affidavit doesn't mention the memory stick means there was no child *advertiser censored* found on it; just wasn't necessary to include anything about it to secure the search warrant for granny's house and the electronics therein.

They pointed out which devices (the two computers) that did have CP, why would they not include the memory stick if it did have CP on it too?

It will be interesting to see what they find on all of the other devices that they took on Thursday, and I really hope if they find more evidence of CP that it does not take too long for them to make an arrest. I will not be surprised if massive amounts are found, and I will not be surprised if massive amounts are not found. When and if they do release the results of the search warrants, I hope that we actually get to see the documents so we don't have to try to decipher what the media is saying or their interpretation of what they think they say. (does that make sense?lol)

If they have child *advertiser censored* and can link it to SA why arent they arresting him? They can still collect more evidence while he is in jail. I really dont understand why he is still on the street and if he will be arrested.

I believe there has been 'what appears to be' CP found. I don't think it's in the volumes that that some believed there was though. And if it turns out it is undeniably CP, then I hope he fries for it.


I thought we were told last week that there was 'child *advertiser censored* on every electronic device that was connected to SA' but I have not been able to find it, so I must have been mistaken. I did find where they said pornographic images on every electronic device connected to SA though.

On page 4, paragraph 2 of the search warrant:

It seems to me that these statements made in the media in late February do not appear to be true though:

If it turns out the the CP that was found is as objectable as a 17 year old who looks 23yo or a 16yo who looks 22 but was not that would make it truely child *advertiser censored*. No way to deny it .

I would not put those images in the same class as images of 6 year olds. EVER. I have seen images of 6 year olds in CP (before court) I promise you it is Nothing like a young woman of an iffy age limit.

Yes the young woman who happens to be 16 is still a victim but are the people who believed her to be over 18 victims too?
