She didn't say the baby was a stillbirth, so the baby must have been alive and well when "mom" disposed of the little one.
She wouldn't be in such trouble if she had left the baby at a place that accepts unwanted babies.
Sock it to her -- for much, much longer than the sweet baby survived. JMO. Grrrr.

Mejia Aguilar on Monday appeared in Jefferson County Court of Justice for her arraignment where she entered a plea of not guilty, Louisville NBC affiliate WAVE reported. A judge subsequently ordered her to home incarceration.

Louisville CBS affiliate WLKY reported authorities are waiting on the results of a pending autopsy to determine the cause of death and whether the victim was stillborn, died during Mejia Aguilar’s labor, or died after being born.

Mejia Aguilar is currently scheduled to appear in court again on July 16.

Her art was also in an art show at Arizona State U recently... wondering if any money she gets will go to the Alexanders? I'm pretty sure that she was fined by the courts and was to give them restitution.
