Will you clarify this "there is going to be a lack of consistancy there as CC stated there was"

Uh ... did I miss something...where did CC make any mention of lack of consistency.

"Lack of consistancy". Meaning CC stated one thing and I believe the phone records will show it differently. Other than misspelling "inn" for "in", I thought I was clear enough.

I read somewhere last night it was the disc, but I have no clue where I read it. There are so many things flying around about that dvr! I wish we had some clarification on it.

I understand your theory - but it leaves too much to luck and fortune............too many if's. What if cc was just running to the store - what if he left his laptop at home - what if all 3 occupants were up and awake, thus one or two running out of the house...........

You obviously have the right to an opinion - I just don't agree with it for the same reasons you don't agree with mine. I feel like there are those who think we have prejudged cc (believe me when I tell you I didn't want to believe it for reasons I can't divulge at this time) - but I feel there are some who seem to be attached to this case on a personal level - as in VERY close to the situation.

Perhaps it is the same FAULTY and EMOTIONAL reasoning applied to this case overall that would have you come to the conclusion you did in your last statement.

Read again .. I am NOT a part of the family! Give me an affidavit and I'll swear to it!

This ACCUSTION is getting very weary and tiresome.

There are a few simple things that point serious fingers in CC's direction:

1) If he was indeed being stalked/threatened, the "perp" could've done this anytime CC was on the road rather than risk a confrontation.

2) If they were indeed "framing" him for the murders, they would not have scrawled a threat on the wall therefore pulling attention/blame away from CC.

3) Finding and pulling a hidden DVR takes time ...and knowledge of the house layout. Not something someone could do along with murdering 3 innocent people and writing on walls etc, etc...in the span of an hour and a half or so.

This looks very much like a staged murder, premeditated but not entirely well thought out. It really doesn't have to get too complicated.

It may take awhile, but we'll see LE bring him in. He will stand accused.

I've read possibly a videotape - but I don't think so.

IMHO, I think it's a spray paint can. Easy (if found in the basement), and can be ditched somewhere. Also, a bit harder to identify the writing vs. a marker (which is more personal, I'd say).

Of course this is all based on rumor -- no clarification yet.

I'd at least get a big ol' rotweiller, or guard dog....at minimum, and put up a couple "beware of dog" signs.

No one is certain of the timeline of the threats... ok .. alleged threats.

I read somewhere today .. and sorry but I cannot source it but I found it curious .. that a threat or perhaps it was the vandalization of the mailbox that happened just a week ago .. so maybe this happened suddenly .. before they could realize this was indeed something more than someone with just a bone to pick.

Excellent points. The killer only had from 5:43 am to 6:51 am to complete the murders etc. which is 1 hour 8 minutes.

I can barely take a shower, fix my hair, and put on my make up in that amount of time! :crazy:

You are right. There would be no reason for a closed casket. Were the caskets kept sealed when sent to Chicago? (I would have had a funeral director there unseal them for viewing if I were her mother.)

Thank you so very much for your kind words! I am humbled and greatly appreciate that you would be so transparent as to risk getting the "tood" yourself by posting your sentiments.

There are certain posters who took me to task from the "get-go" .. they know who they are and they persist ..

Yet it's a truth .. "how can two walk together lest they agree"?

Ain't that the truth My husband, OTOH, can get ready for work in 5 seconds. He's a fabricator, so probably a bit different. But, if CC got up to go to the gym, he probably just got up and put on some shorts, or had a gym bag handy. Not sure. Wonder if there's any evidence of a wet toothbrush, coffee that had been made, breakfast?

I'm aching to know what he did before he went to the gym (well, if he didn't kill his family that is).

It has been repeatedly stated 6 months. Only one poster on Legacy.com said 9 months which I think is probably incorrect.

Artie did mention he thought the vandalism was around the time of the murders. Looking at the photo of their mailbox with police tape on it...I didn't see any damage.

There is a member of Sheri's family who posts in the comments section of PD going by the nic of "hopefortommorrow"

It was late last night when I read her comments .. I can't recall if she said they were open or closed but someone who claimed to be a chesternative said the caskets were open in Chester for the family viewing but closed for the public viewing.

It is floating around as a rumor .. in the PD comment section, that Sheri's jaw was broken and the oldest son was "beaten up"

I think those comments went by the wayside with the update of Monday's edition.

and if the rumor is indeed fact, that makes me lean further away from Coleman .. I just can't see a man described by neighbors affectionately playing with his sons in the yard. etc. committing these violent acts towards his sons .. or his wife.
