Well I don't know who told her but somebody told JVM that the emt's were not there for the Alexander case.

I;m sure court personnel could easily say who the ambulance was for or at least reveal that it was NOT for anyone connected to the arias trial. And that would be easy enough to do since they could tell if the call was for someone on a totally different floor, for example.

Who feels like changing their plans for today now? :sheesh:

All geared up for court, now stuck watching HLN for some mysterious news. This morning there was a bomb threat. Now what? :dunno:

AZLawyer: Is there any protocol or precedence for a person who is convicted but does not want to proceed with the aggravation/mitigation phase? Can the convicted person be forced to go through with these phases?

Surely there have been defendants in the past who were uncooperative during their trial or some portion of it. How is this handled, if you know?

I was involved as a law student with the John George Brewer case--he always demanded death, but his attorneys were ordered to present mitigation evidence anyway, over his objection.

IMO he was a lot crazier than JA, though.
