Now that CMJA's appeal fund has been set up, I wonder if she will even attend a settlement conference? She would, after all, have to look at the faces of Travis's family and remember the face of her abuser. :puke: That line made me so furious.

Then again, this would be a "get out of jail" day for her and a change of scenery.

Sorry, haven't read the previous posts, so don't know if it has already been posted... this is my Google Alert for this morning:

Jodi Arias announces ‘limited edition’ prints of her latest jailhouse painting

The 33-year-old — who was convicted in May of killing her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander — is offering her latest work, 'Sailing at Sunset,' for $1,500 with 100 prints available for $39 each.

I just had to :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

BBM: One "wonders" why they're still her counsel. Heaven knows they've tried to quit enough times. If someone tried to quit on me that many times I would have serious reservations about them LoL. Is this really helping her case? Why do they keep draaaaaging it out?

I have never seen, heard, or read about any case where two so called professionals acted the way these two do. If the whole case wasn't so tragic, it would be funny as hell. Willie and the Nurminator LoL, what a team. Someone needs to grow a set and shut them down. :furious:

I'm starting to shift my opinion...they have been successful in keeping her out of prison.

They were handed a case where she had a snowball's chance in hell of getting her off scott free.

All of these delays drive me bonkers, yet at the same time one has to agree that they are fighting for their client, as much as we may dislike it.

yup, and making lots of money off of it

if anyone is looking for a new case to follow, the Abigail Hernandez case (14 year old went missing walking home from school in New Hampshire), is a nice forum of posters and we need all the good sleuthers we can get. LE is being very mum on everything

Yeah, yeah, yeah :sheesh: they're wonderful :boohoo:

Missy's :jail: still in jail and will never leave :drumroll:
Remember, when the trial first started, missy :jail: was saying "self-defense", but Mr. and Mrs. Lawyer couldn't talk the jury into that lie. Neither could they make the jury "see" that it wasn't a "cruel" act. All the delays are what any other lawyer would do- nothing miraculous on their part, IMO.
They didn't even want this case, but was forced to take it and they continue to state that- a ploy? possible. I think all defense lawyers have their ploys. It's all a game and who wins it, IMO.
Look at Baez. :puke: He threw spagetti against the wall and made sure that thing in Florida didn't take the stand- which was a smart move on his part; so the jury ate the spagetti and let her go. He didn't even have to "prove" that poor Caylee "drowned in the pool" or that George molested that thing! And no real explanation about why/how that poor baby was thrown out like garbage or by who.
Baez was a smart :croc: and he played the game better than these 2 :snake:
(AND Baez was inexperienced- so they say).
Sorry- but giving them due where it doesn't apply, IMO, just boils my blood when it comes to these defense lawyers :stormingmad: Missy :jail: will be rotting in :behindbar no matter what- just when is the question.
:banghead:
I just want to smack missy :jail: one!!! (that's only because I'm "evolved"). and not with a wooden spoon- maybe a metal pipe! :floorlaugh:
Vicious.

The findings by Interpol initially suggest that the girl is not one of the hundreds of children reported missing every year in its database.
That database does not include reports of missing U.S. children and several American families whose kids have disappeared -- along with hundreds of European families with missing kids -- have had their hopes kindled by the mystery of the blonde girl....
