I'm just flabbergasted how easy the potential jurors are being allowed to be off this case. In my state, they threaten you with jail time if you dont appear and once you are there, you had better have a very compelling reason for not serving.

Shouldnt all the jurors that have a preconceived opinion which way they are currently leaning (i.e., DP or not) still be allowed to serve so long as they are willing to hear both sides and make their decision based solely on what they hear in the courtroom?

I think most of the jurors that are being let go could have been rehabilitated if the right questions were asked of them.

For the few who make it out of this round, I can just imagine once the defense + prosecution starts to grill them, they are going to lose quite a few more of them.

I'm just going to go ahead and say it, but the receipt from the St. Judes looks suspiciously similar to the one from St. Mary's. ahem*photoshop*ahem The last we heard PayPal shut this auction down, so this is all very hinky if you ask me. Fake letters, smuggled messages in magazine, etc., etc. I just wouldn't put it past her.

It's The Examiner- just read with eyes/ears/nose open for :rumor: :drama: :deal: (but who knows what's true with this trial and missy :jail:- maybe she had someone send him $ to hop a plane??).

Donations should be irrelevant. Donations do not make her a good person. She should not be spared the Death Penalty because she makes donations, especially when hair and glasses are commodities to her. Anyone can make donations, and she's now doing it with the sole purpose of trying to save her life. She never donated anything before, she's too selfish.

I really think missy:jail: is opting out tomorrow because she is shocked about how many people don't believe her/want her dead and hearing it is opening her eyes - she doesn't want to deal with it, IMO.
