yeah, what is that? A building for shoes (loafers) or a place to make meat loaves?

3 sided structure with a roof to keep the weather off of critters when they're out playing and don't want to come inside.

FYI:

There is a new Twitter acct going by "Wild About Trials", it is NOT WAT, notice the "s" and the avatar is not WAT's.

I've got them blocked on my feed.

And my contractor is late, grrrr!

Guess that can make things confusing when Wat and this twitter A/C are so similiar- different avatar

They're probably not in the courtroom like WAT is.

Thank you, Bernina! I am late, so hope to get caught up. What a sight to see you are here and posting (did I remember wrong that you weren't supposed to be here today?) :happydance:

Not feeling so well today, so I will probably be popping in and out. Fingers crossed for an answer to the media hearing ASAP!

Feel better Spellbound :blowkiss:

Why all Arias proceedings need to be public

"...Arias deserves one thing and one thing only: an audience to make sure whatever happens is done in accordance with the law. The simple fact that we're talking about a constitutional violation in this one small aspect (letting the trial be public) is cause enough for concern. What else hasn't gone according to law? And how will we ever know?..."

I don't think it was inadvertent at all. I think it was a purposeful leak, staged to look inadvertent. It screams red flag out to me.

As in Red Herring? Or for some other purpose that satisfies the sick obsession CMJA has with screwing with people?

I think it was designed to leak the info (we won't get to see Jodi testify for now anyhow), then scream mistrial, and the leaker will be discredited claiming he/she didn't know it was a public forum they were posting on- when really they are on the side of the Defense, but may be willing to fall on their sword for them. Just more mind games from Jodi who really loves attention, just can't take criticism.
