The majority of psychopaths will not kill anyone.

If the state can prove this was just more BS from the defense team, isnt there something they can do to stop Nurmi from causing more havok in this trial?

This sounds like some serious false allegations from the defense team. It seems like the entire defense team can be reprimanded in a legal way.

Someone needs to do something fast or we will be talking 2016 instead of 2015.

I am beyond convinced that the defense team already knew that their supposed "alleged" deleted files were nothing more than files or web-links that came from a trojan type virus that Jodi herself had tried to plant on Travis PC.

Like others, my guess is some anti-virus software (either Travis own PC or LE) automatically removed them.

The kicker is the defense team most likely already knew this.
If that can be proven, then need to be reprimanded in a legal way to stop them from their next false allegation.

For starters, any allegations that have nothing to do with her sentencing needs to wait till after sentencing is over.

They'd have to vacate her conviction, wouldn't happen by Thanksgiving, and I've never heard of it happening pre-sentencing...
Prosecutors would have to re-prosecute the Guilt phase in a new trial. Seems a very stiff uphill battle. Can't believe they could prove this now. Shades of the OJ trial. ARGGGGH!:jail::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Even he acknowledges case law cited deals with dismissing a conviction post-sentencing. And note, he'd prefer dismissal with prejudice, conveniently barring the State from refiling charges. But hey, if he can't have that, he'll settle for the judge at least taking the DP off the table because it'll take weeks for the computer examination to be conducted (and what type of *advertiser censored* Travis sought out to be revealed) and the poor little convict wouldn't be able to mitigate for her life properly.

Forget about the guilt phase...why the hell wasn't this mentioned at the very least before they sat a jury for the sentencing trial?!?! Ugh.

It's like he's trying to pull out a Perry Mason moment.
