Except they haven't been hidding anything. They are known to SA girls in their community, and that goes back to their high school days. This wasn't a secret, it appears most people in their social/community circles knew about it. They kept doing it for years because nothing ever happened to them, until they probably messed with the wrong person. They have been arrested, this is not a civil matter anymore, everything will come out in due time. It's not just Angelica Parker, she wasn't the one who was raped in high school.
Where are the message board links or actual time-stamped evidence online? I don’t see any gossip like that surrounding Joey the Player, where multiple women came forward to warn others. This is where I’m confused—did the gossip only start after the lawsuit in 2023 began? There used to be sites like Dontdatehimgirl.com that warned others about Tinder/Bumble predators, and they should still be accessible. I couldn’t find anything. These accusations happened at a time the internet wasn't censored like it is now. I looked on thedirty retro, I looked at ripoff report (yes people posted bad people on there) Still trying. Any suggestions? The police report is here bottom page pdf option - The Alexander Twins Were Accused of Gang Rape Back in 2003

Prosecutors said they plan to file additional charges, telling the judge more than 60 women have now alleged they had been raped by at least one of the brothers.

In addition to accounts from alleged victims, Espinosa said investigators have amassed a "substantial" amount of evidence, including iCloud accounts, Instagram accounts, Facebook accounts, dating app accounts, cell phones, laptop computers and electronic storage devices.

Judge Valerie Caproni set their trial for January 5, 2026. She said she expected the trial to last at least a month.

"Luxury real estate brokers Tal and Oren Alexander, along with their brother Alon,
on Friday
pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiring to drug and sexually assault dozens of women
nearly two months after their arrest.

The three Alexander brothers arrived in Manhattan federal court together
in handcuffs, shackles and drab beige jail clothing.

Prosecutors announced plans to file additional charges,
stating that more than 60 women alleged
they were raped by at least one of the brothers.

The three siblings have been accused of luring women to nightclubs and parties,
then drugging and sexually assaulting them."

First off if there are real victims, my heart goes out to them. I understand there is a process, but this is still not adding up. The judge had to issue a brady order is a little odd right. This was just issued Friday I believe. Why would the prosecution hold all of the evidence? Why are only two girls part of the indictment? They are threatening but they don't have another indictment yet, I don't think they really have anything solid. Seems a little unfair no to withhold evidence and then post news stories without any verified facts? This case reminds me a lot of Russell Brand's situation in 2023. 1739236158978.png

A trial date has been set for January 2026 and I'm sure all discovery will be released to the defense before then related to the charges in the indictment. The Feds have the right to amend the indictment which would require the disclosure of any new exculpatory evidence to the defense.

And why would the Feds include all of the victims (to date) in the same indictment ? If they were to lose the case, no more cards to play for a future indictment.

On Friday, shackled and dressed in beige prison jumpsuits, each of the three brothers was seated next to his respective lawyer, as a federal prosecutor told Judge Valerie E. Caproni that the case against the men is growing.

The Southern District of New York has interviewed more than 60 women who have reported being raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the brothers, prosecutor Elizabeth Espinosa said in court. “We are continuing to hear from additional victims and to identify additional victims,” she said.

Ms. Espinoza said that federal investigators are planning to release a second superseding indictment, and are currently combing through data pulled from computers, cellphones and hard drives confiscated from the brothers’ homes in Miami at the time of the arrests, as well as from other properties.

That makes sense. This case is very confusing to me. This is the latest factor adding to my confusion. https://www.miamiherald.com/news/local/article300213249.html

Eleven more women have filed lawsuits against one or more of the Alexander brothers, the once high-flying trio who are facing multiple accusations of sexual assault in both civil and criminal court.

Tal Alexander and his brothers, Oren Alexander and Alon Alexander, who are twins, are now facing at least 17 lawsuits from women who say they were sexually assaulted by one or more of them and, in some instances, drugged. The latest lawsuits, filed in a bundle in New York on Tuesday, include accusations of assault in Miami, Manhattan and even Moscow.

The parents and former employers of Oren, Alon and Tal Alexander are named in a new civil lawsuit against the brothers. It says they “enabled, facilitated, participated in, and/or were part of the Alexander Brothers sex trafficking ring.”

“Defendants Shlomo Alexander and Orly Alexander enabled the Alexander Brothers by providing them with money, property, and other resources that were used to sexually abuse, assault, batter, drug, and rape women including plaintiffs herein,” the lawsuit reads…

Also named as defendants are Kent Security Services, the family company where Alon was a vice president; New York-based Douglas Elliman Realty LLC; its parent company, Douglas Elliman Inc., where Oren and Tal worked; and former Douglas Elliman CEO Howard Lorber.

<modsnip: Referenced post was removed> ... we should be open to the idea that $ money can purchase all sorts of favors. For example, that judge's bonkers order about discovery in a case still nearly a year away is ununsual- I would hope their finances are in order, because they need examining.
3. A Brady violation is generally exculpatory-on-its-face evidence withheld (someone else's DNA), or known dirty cops.
4. The term for this tactic in the 90s was Nuts and 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. With 60 victims, the odds one of them has mental health problems, substance abuse or cold check fraud charges is high. With the caliber of attorney and private detective their family has mobilized, the plan would look like Investigator finds dirt on victim, cats paw calls it in as a "tip", attorney makes pointed discovery requests, PR crew takes to the forums to muddy the water.
5. And in all the stirred up mud, we never have a chance to ask what the connection is between luxury real estate and the mercenaries under the command of accused rapist #3 brother. One does not logically lead into the other.
6. Given the whole private army on the payroll of accused rapist Bros, the victims have extraordinary safety concerns, as do any bystanders or witnesses- not that any journalist has displayed any curiosity as to where these bodyguards are or what their role is in keeping the "chu chu train" on track.
