"Disturbing new evidence of 'trophies'
uncovered in case of accused serial rapists Alexander brothers.

Alarming new evidence of 'trophy' videos has been discovered in the home of the Alexander brothers,
who are
accused of drugging and raping dozens of women over nearly two decades.

Now,
ahead of a major detention hearing set for Wednesday,
prosecutors claim they have damning new evidence,
explicit sex videos and photos -
or 'trophies' -
that were seized from an apartment in New York City, leased by Tal and Oren Alexander.

The alleged new evidence was uncovered during an execution of a search warrant on December 11.

The explicit content allegedly depicts the three brothers, and other individuals,
engaging in sexual acts with women who were intoxicated and unaware they were being recorded."

"Alexander brothers

denied bail

by judge in sex-trafficking case,

citing danger and flight risk.

More than a month after their arrests,
a federal judge in New York on Wednesday
ordered the detention of three wealthy brothers from Miami Beach
before trial on sex trafficking charges that allege the Alexander siblings drugged and raped dozens of women over the past two decades.

U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni
reached her decision on the pre-trial fate of twins Alon and Oren, 37, and older brother Tal, 38,
after a three-hour hearing in the Southern District of New York.

In denying bonds,
the judge found the brothers posed a danger to the community and a risk of flight if they were released on bail proposals in excess of $100 million each."

"The prosecutors said:

'Multiple women described being terrified that the Alexander Brothers were going to hurt or even kill them—
these victims' only goal in that moment became to survive'."

"The men, who all reside in Miami,
were not in Manhattan federal court because they remain jailed in Florida.
They have pleaded not guilty.

Caproni also found that they were a risk to flee.

She cited the strength of the evidence and potential penalties,
including
a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison
and a maximum of life if they are convicted.

She also noted that the crimes allegedly occurred for two decades and did not result from
'a one-time party where things went wrong'.”

No bail. 40 victims over two decades. Mandatory minimum federal sentence 15 years if convicted. They are cooked.

In pushing for no bonds for the brothers before trial, prosecutors revealed that FBI agents executed a search warrant on Tal’s Manhattan apartment that he previously shared with his brother, Oren, on the date of the three brothers’ arrests at their Miami Beach homes, Dec. 11.

Agents found a hard drive with photos and videos showing twin brothers Oren and Alon with other men recording images of “themselves with women in states of intoxication and undress.”
Each of the brothers had been accused of forcible rape by at least 10 women, prosecutors said.

They said all three brothers “drugged victims, rendering them incapable of either consenting or resisting” — then, “when the victims were physically compromised or incapacitated, the defendants held them down and forcibly raped them.”

I can just imagine the jurors reactions when the Southern District of New York (which is well known for prosecuting sx crimes), displays The Brothers' social media messages and videos on their big screen.

Yep.

I never understood this obsession of filming one's crimes and sending damning messages.

Phew!

But I guess they will make Prosecutor's task much easier hehe

Digging one's grave comes to mind.
Oh dear...

The boys will soon be Diddy's neighbors in MDC Brooklyn (which is hell on wheels). I think NY's Southern District has something like a 98% conviction rate in cases like these. Smart move for the boys would be to take a plea deal, if offered. imo

throw away the key

Andrew Luster x 3 - hopefully, they'll get life if convicted.
Agree. And surely there is more than enough evidence to convict.
MDC Brooklyn will be super harsh for the boys awaiting trial. Certainly they will suffer like privileged Ghislaine Maxwell did during her years there pre-trial. And who can forget Jeffrey Epstein's fate there....imo

Nope. It is only closed now to inmates already sentenced. P Diddy is currently awaiting trial there. Goggle is your friend.

MDC Brooklyn houses male and female inmates awaiting trials in Brooklyn or Manhattan. It has about 1,121 total inmates, according to a USA Today report.
