She's showing an example of how easy and normal it is to exchange phone numbers according to their witness.
Because attending the memorial service of the man you just slaughtered and then flirting with a random guy hours afterwards and exchanging phone info is exactly equal to exchanging phone info between two relatively normal people on a relatively normal day. :facepalm:
