I'm going to hang out here most of the day except for a quick Walmart run. I don't have any pecan pie and cool whhip. However, Verdict Watch is not complete without it, so will sneak out to Walmart in a bit and grab some.:blushing:

Hey all. Got to Detroit yesterday and flight again cancelled. So we are here in the Hotel another night. We were to change planes in Charlotte N.C. but due to weather....So tomorrow we fly Detroit to Philly. Philly to Miami. Miami to Freeport. So we will get there LOL. I'll check in later to see if there is a Verdict. I would be surprised if it is today being a DP case.

The jury showed up at 9:00 this morning, one of them brought a crock pot of "something".

I was going to write up what was so wrong about the circus surrounding this trial, from 2013 to present, and just decided, it is what it is.

It wasn't about CMJA, it was about Travis Alexander and Justice.
It wasn't about the "fame seekers" who jumped at every opportunity to get their face on camera, it was about the Alexander family who quietly sat in the courtroom every single day.
It wasn't about "MSM lawyers" who were so quick to criticize, it was about the Prosecutor, lead detective and their team, who put the pieces together and presented the case.
It wasn't about an inexperienced Judge, it was about a Judge making careful decisions to avoid a mistrial and future appeals.
And it certainly wasn't about a innocent, abused, mentally ill little girl, it was about a cold blooded murderer many years beyond the age of accountability.

Even after a verdict is reached, I don't think I'll ever be able to look at this case without feeling sick to my stomach.

I can't fathom what the Alexanders have gone through or what the future will present them. They will always have the loss of their brother. Nothing will bring him back. And that's what truly sucks.

No way will judge allow jurors to switch but that has to mean those jurors have talked I would imagine. #2 must really want on #jodiarias
