Then how does one deliberate if they can all just say "that's my verdict and up yours!"?

Thanks..... I found the list of jurors "over there". Also found a few things to share from them.

Apparently Justus (MDLR) wrote a document titled Jodi Arias: An Argument for Reasonable Doubt http://justice4jodi.wikispaces.coms "Over there" they are still talking about getting her into an Innocence Program (Ha! she admitted guilt!).

"Justus" plans to send her Reasonable Doubt document to NAU Innocence Project (JA doesn't fit criteria until she is sentenced) It is at the top of her list of things to do on April 13

She sent the document to Henry Lee School of Forensic Science ---hoping even a student would look at the forensic evidence. She apparently can't believe it hasn't been snatched up since it will "advance one's career"

It doesn't sound like MDLR is done with Jodi yet.... or for a while after?

I saw somewhere that Justus is a guy? Anyway, MDLR sounds like she has mental problems from her previous behaviour in this trial, let alone CMJA.

I was watching a Wuornos doco the other day and she was diagnosed with BPD as well. Her IQ was 81 - 86. I feel sorry for her. I believe she was mentally ill. I believe the first guy did try and rape her so she killed him, it was the way she testified about it on the stand....this woman was not an actor, did you see the docos the British guy did?! If anyone on her jury had held out I would have got it.

CMJA and Juror 17? Not so much.

I also see dupers delight with the way her eyebrow is raised along with the expression displayed in her eye.

When I was on the Fox10 youtube yesterday the whole chat room was saying she was smiling and the GUY in the studio (I think it was Andrew) was saying not. It was all the guys on air for Fox 10 defending this smirk.

Her husband identified Juror #17 on social media. I believe the couple was looking for $$$$ for interviews, a book, etc.

IIRC the average time on death row in arizona is over 20 years, I don't think she will last that long in general population.

Well, in all fairness I couldn't anticipate a stealth juror. (Thought that was just John Grisham's imagination). I don't think JSS or Juan were aware of this either. I think Juror #17 somehow was planted by MDLR, I don't know how. 11 other people and 2 alternates didn't fall for the DT's BS. Have faith that she will give Jodi LWOP. Actually at this point, if #17 is a stealth juror, I'm hoping maybe the Death Penalty can still be obtained since the other 13 would have voted for it.

BBM I am beginning to think the same thing. How else did she know to tweet what she did before it was read in court? As far as her getting on the jury, I don't know how that happened, but I think (IMO) they texted or were in contact throughout this time.

I actually had the same thought about the death penalty going to default, but in reality I know that can't happen.

Her getting LWOP will not be a snap either. for years she will be alone , caged in a cell with no contact. After being out so often for this " trial" that is going to be a big change. She wont be given the attention she is used to , no lawyers visiting ~ nothing. She will become one ugly angry dude!

Over here before they do jury selection, the clerk gives all potential jurors the name of the judge, prosecutor, defence, defendant and all witnesses and we have to write a note if we know any of them explaining how.

I take it that doesn't happen in the US?

I am sure that was mentioned. Each one was given a stack of questions. She knew it all from the get go. That was what she wanted , on the jury ! Stealth juror! She may have put her adz in a sling with what she did. We have strict laws. I just pray AZ. follows them..:seeya:

I've been for three three hour walks this week. It's raining on and off today.

My daughter's 18th birthday is tomorrow (8th March). I gave her her present yesterday because she's out all weekend with her friends. She's back tomorrow night so I have to make her a chocolate fudge cake and her favourite dinner, chicken fettuccine. I'd post a photo of her but there's crazy people on the internets.
