I want everyone to know that when my post do not makes much sense, or it just isn't worded right...it is that my brain short circuits and I can't say what I am wanting too.

It's a thing left over from my being in my coma of a week after the anaphylactic shock I suffered, so just over look it :) Doing the best I can and took me a lot of nerve even join up and post :)

Don't listen to me. :shame: :tomato:

Maybe I need another break? I know my brain isn't up to par all the time (and I didn't go thru what you did).

We all do the best we can, IMO, and I'm just a doofus sometimes. :okay:

:winkkiss:

YESorNO !!! You have been missed

You always make perfect sense to me, cj! And the graphic is lovely. You are so artistic!

YESorNO, always wonderful when you return to the friendly confines of the Sidebar!

Sorry this isn't a better pic, but here's a shot of my "pets." (My camera doesn't have much of a zoom and I couldn't get any closer lest the birds run away). They are black-bellied whistling ducks and they make adorable, squeaky-toy noises. They come around twice a day looking for a handout. I call them Frick and Frack McQuack. :)

There’s Nothing Cuter Than These Baby Stingrays Doing A Little ‘Dance Routine’. You Will Love It!

The babies look so human!! WOW!!

They are eerie but cute....like little alien babies! :alien3:+:baby:

Even though I'm a Tampa Bay Rays baseball fan, I've never been to Tropicana Field for a game; they have a tank full of tame rays that you can pet. Personally, I'd rather sit down with a bag of peanuts and a beer and yell at the ump for bad calls than run my hand over the back of a ray...lol. But that's just me. ;)

No! It isn't you!! Don't leave us again...we will MISS YOU! Not the same without you here :) Doofus?! haha...you are not...

Hi Everyone, Hope you are all having a nice holiday weekend. I have been busy doing weekend chores but did enjoy a nice Birthday/Memorial Day picnic yesterday. Today having Mom over for a little barbeque and one of my daughters is stopping by with kids later. Everyone is so busy now with their families or erratic work schedules. It's getting harder to get everyone together in the same place. Reality bites sometimes.
YesandNo, nice to see you here along with everyone else.

we had two ducks wander/fly into our front yard about two weeks ago They took a couple drinks of water out by the curb of our driveway-wandered along our grass and just "hung out"-I wish or neighbors son would have been home but wasn't. Never seen that happen before in over 25 years of living here.

AH Ha!! :ohwow:
I think I found a solution to the "gray reply box" !! If you hit the "Reply to Thread" button, which is on the top of the page and at the bottom on the left side of the screen, it will take you to the "advance" reply box!! Well, at least it has worked for me on that last posts... :D

Thanks Dmacky, but it is not my birthday until July. LOL The birthday I went to yesterday was for my two grand daughters. One was born in the month of April and turned 7 and the littlest in May. She turned 3.

Websleuths is wonky. It keeps asking me if I want to leave the page or stay on when I hit the post button. Tried again and said my post was to short. Gargh!!

Hello all! Hubs has been home for a whole week and we had many day trips out in the countryside. Hit several yard sales, too -- fun! It is very windy today, but so far the rain has missed us.

CJ, you never talk wonky! Or if you do, it must be the right kind of wonky for my brain to understand perfectly. I am certainly glad you got the nerve to post, as I look forward to seeing you EVERY day!

Don't listen to me. :shame: :tomato:

Hope you spent your time away doing some fun things. .... or getting lots of rest. I am still worn out on that trial. I have no plans to follow another one that takes so long ---- until the next time and I cave.

Missed you, Y/N! So good to have your posts again.

What adorable ducks. Their names are perfect! :giggle:

Went to Daughter and Son in law place today for a cook out. Had a fun time with my family. We call the place the 'Plake" the have a body of water that they dug out few years ago and it's bigger than an pond, smaller than a lake=Plake!

Took couple pics show you what they have built on their property over the last few years: Sits down hill from their house. Pole barn is 1/2 garage, other side kitchen/bathroom/family room. We do our family get-to-gathers there. I am proud of what they have accomplished :) By the way~ the Plake and the pole barn were all woods!

Plake! lol That's a good one. What a lovely homestead, cj...I would be proud, also!

CJ ~ what a beautiful house they have built, right on the plake = perfect word
You should be happy with what they have accomplished! Shows what a good mother you were/are :heartbeat:

I tried to reply with your post, but Websleuths wasn't having it :gaah:
