Lol he's strict with making them eat boloney! Watch on weather and discern channel! But strict in other areas as he did with Jodie! Doesn't make sense does it.

He was arrested, escaped, hurt and killed some more people, then got arrested again. But before that, nope. Seemed like such a bright, polite, handsome young man.

OMG! That's exactly what would happen!!! Who volunteers. To smuggle a flask or 3 in :eek: and we need someone to smuggle 8 track player....ouch!

Isn't Donovan restricted from socializing with or tweeting with her? Probation issue?

I don't know whether it's broken down by "time" or how many media outlets they can speak to. She reached her limit set by jail rules.
As far as visitation, I don't see where there was any rules broken/changed to accommodate for "family members" who came to visit.
She got her "15 minutes" in one big shot, and that's it. If the sheriff hadn't consolidated all the interviews in one night, with staff inconvenience and lights out be damned, we would have suffered through days of interviews. Set it all up once and forget about it. If she gets anything more, it'll have to be through some wrangling with her attorneys and the Sheriff.
As far as Sheriff Joe, he's got other matters to deal with. Some Judge ruling, the ACLU, and "profiling"........not EVEN going to go there, have friends in LE down on the Border, the media will distort the truth however their agenda needs to be, to appease the masses, JMO.

Like most psychos Jodi decided that what she wanted was the only thing that mattered and Jodi wanted Travis dead.

I still don't understand why Daryl requested that his face not be shown when he was testifying during the trial and yet does an interview after Jodi has been found guilty of premeditated 1st degree murder and that it was especially cruel and when the jury is out deciding on the penalty phase. Did whatever he was hiding from go away in between those times or was the limelight so appealing that he just couldn't help himself?

Reading what you wrote has me thinking: in all these relationships BEFORE Travis, didn't they let her "break up" with them first? In other words, she perceived that SHE was the one breaking up with them. Ooohh...this is so interesting what you said. (I'm thinking as I write, so bear with me!).

Bobby: break-up fight, she leaves groceries at his doorstep, he calls her back. They date for a little while longer (I think?), but it just wasn't the "same." She writes him long letter, they sit and discuss it and decide to part ways. SO SHE THINKS SHE BROKE UP WITH HIM.

Matt: Bianca affair. Then she meets him at his Grandpa's house and they sit and have "long discussion" in his grandpa's truck. Have a real heart-t0-heart. Decide to be just friends. SHE THINKS SHE BROKE UP WITH HIM.

Darryl: her affair with Travis. Self-explanatory...in this case, she actually did break up with him. Ball totally in her court.

Travis: I think the other guys knew how to approach her to avoid her psycho ways, and Travis unfortunately didn't. The other guys knew they couldn't let her KNOW that they wanted to break up with her. But their actions conveyed it to her. So they went along with her break-up discussions and heart-to-hearts and long break-up e-mails, b/c they knew that was the only way to get rid of her. TO MAKE HER THINK LIKE SHE WAS IN CONTROL. They had her pegged from early on, and unfortunately Travis didn't, and even when he did, he didn't know how to handle someone like her.

I don't knwo what the other guys did exactly to keep her happy, but the point is they let her think she was always in control of them. Travis, I believe, let her know that they were not excusive and that he had every right to date and see other women if she wanted to. HE DIDN"T LET HER CONTROL THE BREAK-UP. He did the breaking-up...and that was his big mistake.

Along with the break-up...there had to be another man ready for CMJA to pounce on, to get over her obesessive-ness of the old guy and replace it with the new guy. Wasn't it Matt immediately after Bobby? And Darrly immediately after Matt? Travis immediately after Darrly? So there are two components: Jodi controlling the break-up, and also a distraction to displace her obsessiveness so she wouldn't obsess over the ex-boyfriend. After Travis, there was Ryan already at the waiting. So one component was there...I believe what set her off was knowing that SHE didn't break-up with him, but he did with her. And she couldn't get over that, even though there was a guy-in-the-waiting.

Basically, it's exactly as simple as Juan said - she was just the jealous, obsessive girlfriend.

After DB left the stand the first time he may have realized that people knew it was him and not appearing made him appear as if he were hiding. And it did. So much speculation guess he just decided to go public.

He gives me an uncomfortable vibe either way.

This sounds like past tense right? It doesnt say work to be done. It says work done.
Are you telling me the mitigation specialist spent 100 hours on that mitigation??????
