FWIW the Chatter says they are related - RH and JB.
I know! Wouldn't that just be a hoot if he turned out to be JB's cousin, as is rumored? :great:

Casey says she was hacked....
Oh wow, now I know WHY Jose said so fast that RH wasn't involved. According to Azlawyer on the lawyer thread, Casey can't be associated with persons engaging in criminal activity. She claim her computer was hacked. Either she's lying about it and that will get her in trouble with her PO, or he did hack her computer, and she'll get into trouble for associating with a felon engaging in criminal activity. Oh Lord is she stuck in a rough spot. There's no WAY any criminal charges are going to be filed. They do that, and Casey's probation is going to get revoked for the lie or felon RH engaging in the criminal activity of hacking a computer! Her defense lawyers must be downright nauseous about now!

Just finished drafting our renewed motion to compel #CaseyAnthony 's testimony.
Haven't screwed up enough courage to watch it yet. But (bbm) I suspect and hope you are one to something - reminds me of the disconnect/realization in Wolfe's "The Mid-Atlantic Man"... (which evidently is not in the public domain yet, so I cannot link it - it's from his collection of short stories in The Pump House Gang) - however, I did find a brilliant bit of description about it:
Except for die-hards in the crumbling old social worlds, where the confusion is so great ... nobody can tell whether this is really the path to the top or if they've just taken service elevator.
The vibe I get watching Jose is that there is alot of tension between him and Geraldo. My gut feeling is that Geraldo (for all of his support of FCA and Jose during the trial and the events leading up to it) expected an exclusive interview with FCA and did not get it. His questions when interviewing Jose seem less scripted now and Jose seems apprehensive. I noticed it the last time I saw them together also.:twocents:
I'm so curious! You are calling this a heinous case but you think that Casey is innocent. Not being snarky at all, but what do you think happened to Caylee?
Well, whatever reason is behind it, I am glad to read that Jose was uncomfortable and possibly miserable. That just makes my day for some reason, probably because I had to deal with his smarminess for over three years! It's about TIME the smirk was knocked off his face!
I, along with everyone else here, have no idea what actually happened to Caylee. It's just that I am not so blinded with hatred for Casey that I am closed minded about options.
Oh go ahead - watch the clip that's listed on Current News - I was bracing myself for my usual "ire" watching him and seriously thought - hey Baez - are you being sedated or what? He is flat..no folks - I did say flat - he's the other also - but no spark or anything.
As much as I despised watching/listening to him during the trial - I had to say he appeared energetic and in the moment. This clip? Dishwater!
Not sure what the issue is - if he's just plain worn down or fed up because all the accolades and business have not come his way - whatever it is - he's very harmless to listen to.
Let me explain the difference... the prosecutors were doing the same job they had always done. They did not insert themselves into the case. It is not accurate to say Ashton "stuck around", he simply continued working at his job like he always had.
However, JB, CM, et al, saw that this was a high profile case and worked for next to nothing (blood money notwithstanding) in exchange for being associated with a high profile case. They would not have done this if it were a low profile case. There is no evidence that anything you are implying is true.
I'd be interested to hear any of your own original thoughts about this instead of just seeing you reverse the points other people make...
Yes, it is accurate to say Ashton "stuck around" for this case. Prior to the case he said he would delay his retirement for this trial (imo, he was sure he would win, and would, because of the case gain the support need to become State's Attorney).
And since you brought it up, have Jb, CM, et al, made any (your words) blood money as a result of Caylee's death? No. Has Ashton? Yes.

Even the state acknowledged they werent exactly sure of how Caylee was killed."
