Thanks for the heads up about Dr. G on AC360. Definitely going to catch it when it airs again at 10. GO TEAM CAYLEE! :heartbeat:

I think that she and her team have always viewed this probation as a form of punishment for not being found guilty of murdering Caylee instead of the rehabilitative effort as part of her sentence for the fraud conviction. They all think it's a joke. Sometimes I think the PO does too.

I was surprised to see that the PO did do a home visit but I wonder if that was only because she didn't show up in time for her monthly report. Imagine the blast that the PO got that morning when FCA started screaming about her computer videos being hacked.

When did the videos come out? Wednesday night before the visit on Thursday morning? I was thinking that we didn't know about it until Thursday night?


ETA The first thread on this started at 8 am Thursday morning so I guess we first heard about it Wednesday night.
 
now if the DT does file a lawsuit good because then all the video's and screenshots will show that Casey was violating her parole by conversing with 1. A felon, 2. Against going on any social media 3. Probably not reporting the monies and gifts.

Thanks, Ranch! I get email reminders and it had the time as 7 ct. I kept waiting and waiting for it to start and then finally noticed that the BT page said 9 et. Thanks for correcting it! Should be a good show!

I did the same thing until I noticed the 9:00 ET start time. I was wondering where you were at. You were waiting for the show to start. :maddening:

I am not debating what "Dr. G." testified to or not. I am debating she stated manner of death on the "AUTOPSY REPORT" not the "DEATH CERTIFCATE". If some one can provide a link to a death certificate of Caylee Anthony where COD is listed as "HOMICIDE", please do; I can't find one.

As far as her stating "statistically people call 911 100% of the time in accidental deaths, specifically drownings"; you forgot to add "in her district." And obviously, since in the Caylee Anthony case, this didn't happen, "Dr. G." can no longer say this happens 100% of the time.

Wow. This piece of work is so upset about her computer being "hacked" that she talked it out with her PO. Hmmmmm. I recall a very calm Casey, not upset in the least, stating to a 911 operator that she had not seen her daughter for "a month." Even the 911 operator was upset at that comment, enough to ask why the call was not made much sooner.

It's amazing what upsets Casey. Even more amazing is what doesn't.

What is the purpose of a death certificate? To show cause of death? Or is it's purpose to document that a person is deceased?

I believe she still can. There is no proof Caylee drowned. The only proof is that KC did not call 911 when 100% of true drownings have done so. The conclusion is that either Caylee did not drown or KC went against all common sense and instinct and failed to call 911 and went on the lie about where Caylee was for 31 plus days. As I said before for having just lost your child she was the happiest person I've ever seen. jmo

A death certificate is made out when the death occurs and/or when the body is found and it is not always known what caused the death so that may be why there is nothing on the death certificate. Death certificates are proof of death. The autopsy report usually has the cause of death. jmo

I have no idea. The entire point of my part of this is that the OP said it was reported as Homicide on Caylee's death certificate and I was pointing out that was not true. It may say that on the autopsy report, but not the death certificate.
