Presently #231 in books, #379 in kindle.

It seems the book-buying public is reluctant to fork out for Presumed BS.

Yes, but They have been busy overnight.....110 five star reviews. Was 189 when I went to bed last night.

Ok.. ive been reading a bit more Jezzz reading this book is like torture..
and I have a question... I thought it was illegal to ask a witness a question if you knew they were gonna lie?

Jose says he knew casey had done the search for chloroform.. they had talked about it..
and that he knew cindy would say she did it. as she did in her depo..
so he called her to the stand and asked if about it.. ,knowing she would lie..
He says he did this to show she lies and to set linda B up.
I thought that was illegal??

If the P12+5 is reads that, they probably wouldn't care or wouldn't see the significance. I'm afraid the JB/FCA backers won't see it either.

Why, oh why, does that man still hold a law license???? :banghead:

Wasn`t the search done on "how-to-make-chloroform"? Does BZ mention that in his book?

I am utterly disgusted that his book is getting 5 star reviews and that he can spit out his garbabe without anyone really challenging him. No way around it this is wicked.

I quit early last night. My brain was mush from all the interviews with JB that I saw, all the righteous indignation here.

All I can say now is that JB is pushing his Kharma luck. So many lies and obfuscations. Suborning perjury and he's proud of his tactic!

JB's been on every ticky-tacky radio station, calling in interviews. He's appeared on TV. He has yet to take on his fans and detractors personally, though.

I posted a funny post about book signings and talks at libraries yesterday. He has yet to face the reading public, the people who followed the case closely. He has not met with people like us who read all the documents in discovery and sleuthed them. He has yet to meet up with his believers as well.

He taught a class in trial preparation at his alma mater, St. Thomas University School of Law, where the course work was to give free labor to the defense team. He spoke to students at Harvard University one Tuesday evening last October and now bills himself as having taught at that esteemed university. He was called in for a bit on the Gary Giordano case and helped him get out of an Aruban jail. What we don't know is to the extent of his involvement in the case. One thing I do know, he is not licensed to practice in Aruba.

His ego knows no bounds. Some time, and I hope it's soon, his ego will be tripped up by the infamous Kharma that is following him around.

Well, looks like the paid help for bellajosebooks finally de-throned my review from most useful, but dare I say that the new most useful is a fellow websleuther? Sure sounds like one of us! So, what did they win? LMAO

Yours popped up first for me when I checked just moments ago. :seeya:

I thought the title of the second one on the list was priceless, something about a tale told by a not-so-bright person. Whine and sleaze. :floorlaugh:

Somebody's awfully creative.

I'm hoping the book quickly tanks in price, or I can pick it up at my local used book shop for cheap, cheap, cheap (JB wouldn't get credit for the sale) because I'm thinking key points need to be highlighted and sent to the Florida Bar. Yep, that's what I'm thinking. I'm even willing to rent a small apartment in a rundown neighborhood in Florida just so I can have an in-state address because I doubt the Bar would pay attention to an out-of-stater. :what: Desperate measures!

He put Cindy on the stand so he could trick her into lying, which he knew she would do with ease??? Ethics, ethics! Where are the ethics police? How is he allowed to have a license, for crying out loud? :banghead:

You do realize the 5 star reviews are Fake? They all seem to have an agenda..but i agree its frustrating to see them there. The book itself is terrible..hard to follow, juvenile. Ive noticed they become more prolific when the rating starts to fall below 2.5.

They are getting so desparate sounding...

Also starting to fall at b&n to 98. It was rated higher on b&n then amazon. Maybe this is where babs bought her books for the audience.

At any rate..no matter how many fake reviews..they are sliding dowwwwwwnnnn. :woohoo::woohoo:...:woohoo:

Yeah I believe most of them are fake which is just as disgusting.

I must admit that the title of the second review that comes up makes me smile- it is so..frank. :innocent:

A lot of people are challenging him with their reviews on Amazon.
I was one of them.
It's not like any of the shows he's been on is accepting calls from viewers-that would be preferable.

I just to peek there. 109 5 star reviews. 1 is missing. Someone must have grown a conscious and removed it.

So Casey told Baez that she had no idea what chloroform is and that`s why she looked it up.

Does he really believe her? A 22-year old who reads, watches movies, TV has no idea what chloroform is? I don`t believe that looking up chloroform is incriminating in itself but given the circumstances (chloroform in the trunk, Caylee dead) and that the search was done for "how to make chloroform" makes it relevant.

And still he keeps talking about her as "this girl". Wow, if she has him fooled he must have a really condescending view of women.

Spent last night letting DD read excerpts from the book to me. All it does is raise my blood pressure. I said earlier that he contradicts himself from chapter to chapter. Well, towards the end of the book he actually manages to do it sentence to sentence, and SOMETIMES even within the SAME sentence.

I kept yelling "enough, let me watch Nancy...." LOL but she held strong. I think she likes to torture me! Payback maybe for when I used to punish her as a young child?!!!

I feel no need to read the book myself, because everything that she has read to me IS THE MOST AMAZING COMPILATION OF GARBAGE, LIES, OBFUSCATION, HUBRIS, CHILDISHNESS and just plain STUPIDITY I have ever, EVER, heard between two hard covers. Amazingly so.

Its really funny now that the one person thinks your jeff ashton

The IRONY is RICH INDEED !!!!!!!!!!

The comment, I believe was intended as a major insult, but I think it was a compliment of the highest level. LOL - I giggled last night before going to sleep wondering if JA has seen any of this and what he would think of it all.
His paid posters need to get their plan united a little. I have been:
"close to the prosecution" "an attorney" "obviously not an attorney" "Jeff Ashton" and a "Yenta" <------ damn, soon I will have as many personalities as KC had imaginary friends!
Best as always,
Jeff :floorlaugh::seeya:

AND cheaper than Jeff Ashton's book that has been on the market for almost a year! Go in your closet and chew on that BZ.....
(I'm Finnish too)

Yea but its 480 pages! What a deal!

JB's like the bad guy at the climax of a movie who has to tell exactly how he tricked the protagonist, because his narcissism won't let him merely carry out his evil plan - he must subject everyone to ever excruciating detail of his *cough* "genius".

Except.. that part is usually the antagonist's undoing. Pride goeth before a fall and all. hmmm...

(All JMO!)

Awesome post!!!! :D

bbm really, isnt that interesting? I wonder what baez made of that and I wonder what the pinellas 12 makes of that admission -- oh, <modsnip>, wait, none of them THINK.

I'm surprised you're the first one to make a notation of him saying that in the book, that's the only bombshellish thing I've heard yet about the book.
