I don't know how a kindle would work as far as being in stock. Why wouldn't it be in a format that could be downloaded as many times as sometime would buy it.

Hope when CA writes her book it disappears just as fast!!!!

that was my first thought as well. googled, and found lots about the device itself being out of stock on occasion, but nothing re out of stock content

did find out that we do not own our kindle purchases. we are renting them at Amazon's discretion even tho we click the "Buy" button to receive them

It does show in ebook/kindle format now, and is available to borrow for free to Prime users. I have a Prime acct, but absolutely no interest in reading it, so think I'll pass.
