As you state in next post, Jayde's mother is clearly distressed with Coutt's presence, leaving the Court.

Much more appropriate now, for Coutt to leave.

Anyone would think there was a chance he was not guilty. That's what I'm picking up, support for a murderer and no shame.

That's right, anyone who supports CP is a friend to the 'family', but what kind of 'family' is this? There's video evidence of CP speaking with the hit man about payment, how he botched it up, like it's a normal thing to do. When the situation is like this, it isn't hard to understand why CP thinks killing off a loved one (a dead weight) is an option.

We can feel so much sympathy for Jayde's mother, it's shock after shock. :/

MS's papers look at the events of Apr 21, as well as tracker reports of the hired car

Papers deal with the crime scene. Evidence found & evidence of forensic experts, which to large extent went undisputed

MS says he did prove correctness of car tracker report. This is backed up by cellphone tracking evidence & billing

He is listing all the witnesses who testified in this regard

"If one reads evidence of these witnesses, it is clear, when making a call reception will be from nearest tower"

Referring to middleman Luthando Siyoni & girlfriend Babalwa Breakfast, MS says they were both declared hostile witnesses

MS says Siyoni was a blatant liar. No regard should be given to his testimony. He lied to everyone

All along, Siyoni was going to be a 204 witness & implicate himself in the offence. He did not do this on the stand

The evidence against Vumazonke was massive. "he would have been the first person I pinned down. Here is one of the killers"

We know for a fact that on 9 Apr, Vumazonke rented vehicle & then scouted Jayde's address. He was there on 21 Apr when Jayde was killed

Vumazonke through SMSes made reference that other people helped him with the killing

The court must find that these were the guys who helped him (Sinethemba Nemembe & Zolani Sibeko).

The court just needs to find Vumazonke was involved. It all unravels from there. Evidence against Siyoni also damning

The hit money was ultimately found in Siyoni's bag. MS says his confession can't be used against CP & co, but can be used against Siyoni

Agreement between CP & Siyoni existed long before Vumazonke became involved. Facebook msgs show how Jayde's registration number was shared

Siyoni went to Infinity on night he did not work. Was looking for Chris, needed money.

How did Siyoni get his hands on the R30 000- how did he get it? Vumazonke got given it at 2am

State wants court to find that Siyoni was involved. Asks however that recording (sting) should not be used against him

Mawonga: not perfect witness but tells story. Chris used his phone, he is not friends with Siyoni and he saw money

Communication between Siyoni and Mawonga`s phone ended after murder. It was accused nr 1 on phone

Stander says it is undisputed that there was a bag of money being kept for Siyoni.

Defence dealt with this evidence and did not dispute it. Argued it was for Siyoni`s gym

Mawonga says Chris used his phone gave airtime in exchange, defence put it to him that Chris gave many staff airtime

Chris told Mawonga to destroy simcard, he did the same with Siyoni during Sting, so this is how he operates

Once court finds Vumazonke was involved in murder & that Siyoni recruited him, remainder of State’s case is much simpler than anticipated

They would only have known Jayde's address, travel arrangements, her friend's address & place of work through CP

Who else would know the time Jayde left for work but CP

Stander says Mr Bertolani`s testimony supports the State`s case and that is why he did not cross-examine him

Stander is now on 21 April (evening of murder)

Chris phoned Siyoni to search for Jayde but he was already in township when call was made.

Siyoni was with Chris for only an hour. They were just standing around at Njoli square eating chips-not searching

According to phone billings there were only 50 minutes to search, no searching took place, it is a smokescreen

Chris said in bail application that he went to meet Siyoni to get info for cops, then why did he search for wires?

Even though Sibeko was not present during murder, there was no disassociation, he should be charged with murder

Nemembe should be charged with murder and aggravated robbery.

Price says the State has misled this court by giving facts that does not exist

Price says Stander ignored all evidence which came out during cross-examination. He needs a lot of time
