If you recall, Burke [when he was in prison] made a point of telling his attorney to tell Spota and McPartland that
"that he's a stand up guy and that he did not TIP to the Feds about Spota OR McPartland".

Spota knows what the Feds wanted to know from him. Believe me he does. He didn't tip.

Remember - Jimmj "the Gent" Burke is FAMOUS for going to prison
and not tipping. How could Burke or Spota be a rat since they idolize
the Gent oh so much.
