Oh man, Martinez is going to savage him on this brain testimony. He might have a chance on the psychological tests but the actual brain function stuff is beyond his "expertise" and he's going to be exposed in a very ugly way.

Just got back. STILL no meaningful testimony pertaining to Jodi slaughtering Travis.

You know this is complete disrespect from the Defense, the Judge TOLD EVERYONE in specific terms that this is the last day and NO matter what they will take as long as needed to finish and this Defense is pushing the line because they know they can run all over this judge and get away with it thinking or rather KNOWING the judge will just tack another day onto the trial and make the JURY come back again and again and again...at this rate it will be TUESDAY of next week before they ever get INSTRUCTIONS! Wanna take bets?
