going through docs/computer printouts of alimony, child support, school systems, single parenting, divorce and children etc.

Marriage document.

IMO, Brad was collecting paperwork to file insurance.

On further thought, he was just keeping this all out of Nancys reach.

Um...these are more documents pulled from a closet

We keep all of our important papers: Marriage Cert, Birth Certs, Passports, Immunization recs, tickets for our next vacation, etc.

in a fire-resistant box in a closet. I am sure many people do as well.

Sorry, info overload and peepee dance don't work well together. :)

I wonder if Jen Windsor is the correct name of the person BC spoke of in the deposition where he named her Jennifer WILSON and we have been led to believe that was a name given incorrectly, and probably on purpose.

Yes.

And the reason he gave the last name Wilson is because he didn't want anyone tracking her down and asking her what Brad was like. They lived together and after a brief while broke up and Brad moved out. Jen discovered that Brad broke into her apartment and snooped around after they were finished. She promptly moved. She has lots more to tell and was interviewed by the Police related to this trial. I doubt she's being called to testify.

But the question would be..would you have taken all these items with you when you moved to another Country..after taking on a new posting with the company you worked for??..and keep them in your master bedroom ??..I tend to think notes such as this if wanted to keep would be left in storage somehwere..maybe at your folks home or something??..It just isnt common sense to do that?

Perhaps storage to him/them was the closet? I think the fact that it was found in a closet and not on a desk/table leads itself that it may have been stuff that was put somewhere (in a box) at one time and just forgotten about. A lot of times when you move if you have a ton of stuff and not a whole lot of time to go through it you just pack it up and put on the truck to dealt with later.

I have no illusions believing they were working on the their marriage. My point was more to the fact that old love notes doesn't automatically suggest someone if fooling around if dates cannot be verified.

Hummm Interesting Oakville is only 10 miles from me...Wonder when he made this mapquest???..Was he planning on leaving the USA?? relocating the children to a school in Oakville..Yikes!! I wonder when these were all dated?? and sure the computer forensics will put all these into perspective..Guess we have to wait till Monday or Tuesday??..Not sure on that..

Rut Roh..Going over Jury Instructions!! Sure they will get to the bottom of this over the weekend!!

Wasnt this found in with the papers such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates..ALL items Ms Nancy would need to have at some point currently..I am sure this will get clearified next week tho

Just a guess on my part but based on the way the prosecution brought it up and based on the way the defense wanted to "pooh-pooh" it, I'm betting someone heard a juror say that they don't think Brad is guilty.

I'm surprised the prosecution ended with such a fizzle today.

I think this is Nancy's stuff (it was found in a closet in the MBR). It was probably from when she was planning on moving back to Canada.

I dug the judge's reasons for allowing the items on the kitchen table, when he mentioned how the CPD/young-Young had been maligned so he's feels they have a right to rectify that with their painstaking (my words here...) documentation. Pretty tough look he shot the defense table.

Our man, Zellinger is GOOD!!!

And now the Judge is really making clear to the jury what their responsibililtes are -- I kept expecting him to ask, "Is this clear?"

Whew, I really missed it -- so if it was that good this morning, I do humbly believe you have me to thank....

And Happy Friday to us all.

That's what I think, too. I seem to remember along with her job interviews, she had picked out schools to look into.
