This was in yesterdays paper "M.B.'s pro-bono attorney, Richard Pompelio, said today the prosecution had informed him his client will not be needed as a witness until Thursday."

I could only listen for a bit today, and it was more college friends, and an RU Police Office who did a wellness check on Tyler and spoke to Ravi. I've found nothing online so far to indicate that MB did take the stand today.

Ravi's lawyer requested a mistrial today, which was denied, and that may have taken up time.

Testimony wrapped up for the day shortly before 3 p.m. and will continue Friday morning. The man Clementi was seen kissing — identified only as M.B. — is expected to testify first thing Friday morning.

I don't see anything to suggest he was struggling with anything. In Indian culture, arranged marriages are widely practiced, so just because he might have not been dating any females means absolutely nothing. He might be expecting for his parents to find him a wife.

I know what you are saying. I think Ravi is very insecure and paranoid person. He likely has issues of self-hatred. Sounds like he thought Clementi was messing with his stuff and wanted revenge as a result.

Not dating doesn't make you gay. I was taking that into consideration along with his actions - the obsession over seeing what Tyler was up to with his guest. It COULD be that, but it could also very well be that he is 'evil and malicious' and whatever anyone wants to say. Personally I don't think he's evil and malicious, but yes there are a few choice words I could use to describe him.

Why would that be? Couldn't it clear up a lot re: this case? I'm not saying the GP needs to know, cos frankly it doesn't matter how curious we are. I just can't think of a reason why it wouldn't have even been released to his parents (while that particular article does not say that, I do remember reading that elsewhere... so I'm not 100%).

The suicide is not a factor in the charges - period. It and anything related to it can not be considered or presented at trial.

Contents not disclosed - I would suggest that his parents know what the note contained. It not being released I guess would pertain to the MSM or general public, and since its not part of this trial, no one could seek access to it under with any requests for information.
