I guess, from what has been reported, that the big question for Yuri will be, "Was KC your only suspect." Well, let's look at this objectively if we can. KC's child is missing for 31 days and she never reported it. Once police are involved she names a Nanny who cannot be found, nor any of her the friends who know the Nanny can be found. Then we have lies on an official police statement to officers who are trying to help find your child and you are the only one who knows where your child is and you will not cooperate. So what would your conclusion be if you were a juror? Not everyone of these people will have taken psych courses in college but I bet they all know at least one habitual liar. Not sure this would go in the direction the defense would like. jmo

And the good news is it would probably be the truth. Although originally it was just a missing child's case. So the question could be "Was KC your only suspect when you decided it was a murder case?" And we all know that at that time ZFG was not an issue as far as LE was concerned. Of course that leaves the door wide open with his reasoning for coming to that conclusion which would be, well we know the list is endless. jmo

Thinking about you today, Yuri. Not worried in the least because you are an honorable man and this ain't your first rodeo. Sorry you have to spend your day with JB & CM though. I'm betting Cheney Mason learns a lot today. Hopefully, they'll be the ones that go home tonight and are haunted by your testimony reminding them of the monster they have for a client.

Thank you for risking your life to protect others. Thank you for caring for Caylee when clearly her family did and does not. Thank you for seeing through the BS and focusing your investigation immediately onto the guilty party. Thank you for bringing Caylee home and ensuring her killer is punished!!

I hope today wasn't too difficult. I know you're emotionally strong but dealing with such blundering and mumbling can't have been the way you would have chosen to spend the day.
