She couldn't touch the money without his signature. And since he got the money on his own after she disappeared, doesn't that mean it was just in his name?

Good question. I would imagine that the original phone was dead, since Stacy was no longer using it, so the phone they found at the house would have to be the old one. I don't think they have found the second phone.

Even if Drew hadn't been able to track Stacy with the new one, LE still could with the pings which brings me to another question: Where was Stacy's cell pinging from say 10:45 am until whenever? Did Drew shut it off during that time? Was it going straight to voice mail or did it ring then go to voice mail? When did he then turn it back on? At the coffee shop perhaps?

I'll bet anything that Drew turned it off after he killed her. He may have turned it back on at the airport where "she left the car." Then most likely, he turned it off again. Then, when she supposedly called him later that evening, he most likely turned it on again - I think near the house of that guy that she was at Denny's with and with whom she was emailing (I forget his name). But, at some point, he simply turned it off and then disposed of it - probably in pieces.

No that one will be just a flat out denial (remember he is a police officer and has lived an honorable life *sarcasm*.) This guy will be a child abuser or junkie or domestic abuser according to DrewP.
 
Gosh, sitting here "crying" for the kids. I also don't begrudge them a trip to Disney World, but even there, people will recognize DP and whispers and pointing fingers will be seen by the kids. They are too young to know what we as adults know, "you can run but you will always take what you left behind with you." (In this case, meaning DP and the accusations that have been broadcasted all around the world of possible murder(s).")

For their safety's sake and also for DP's sake, if they do go, I would hope that someone from LE would also follow. If, that cannot be done, at least some phone calls to Florida might not hurt. (i.e. Florida LE, Disney World Security, hey, why not even the airports?)
 
Did you hear reporters talking about Steve C. discussing how the two older boys watched news reports with them and the boys jumped off the sofa screaming how they were liars when Kathleen's family were on cam talking about things?! How awful they are allowed to even watch the news reports!! Granted, they are young teens...but I find it very disturbing if Drew is allowing it.

I agree with that. It just goes to show how scummy he is. Those children shouldn't see all that. On the other hand, they have to see or hear about it at school and other places. So so sad for those kids......

No, I hadn't heard that the boys were watching tv. I had thought that I had read somwhere that Steve C. said DP changed the channel when news came on about Stacy. (A lie?, since it contradicts what you posted above).

If it's true, it's just another manipulation by DP, only using young boys.

On second thought, if DP really wants the kids to have some "relaxing time", HE should stay home and let some other adults who are capable and are without prejudice (in the current circumstances) take them to Disney World.

I, for one, don't think DP is very smart. Although he may have planned on doing away with Stacy, I don't think he planned on doing it that Sunday. So all his plans went out the window and he had to "wing it." Under these circumstances, he just didn't think things through and forgot about turning the cell phone off.

According to the time line, DP dropped Tom Morphey off at his house about 10:00pm. Cassandra called DP's cell phone at 11:26pm. At the time of that call, DP was out of breath and she heard keys as if someone was putting them in the ignition. So, there's a window of an hour and a half between dropping TM off and Cassandra's call. If DP's cell phone pinged off of a cell tower near the canal, then he was in that area. If that's the case, I sure hope LE is searching the woods in that area as well as the ongoing canal search.

Nauseating isn't it? Sadly, that's the actions of sociopaths.
IMO, DP is a typical sociopath. He relishes any and all attention he's getting. Not to mention he loves the fact he's getting away with murder.
And he loves coming off as being the guy being attacted by the media in front of the older kids.

I hope and pray the sick ******* is arrested soon. Before he marries another young woman, impregnates her and kills her.

DrewP did say during one of his interviews that the older boys watch coverage but they turn the channel to keep the younger kids from watching if they are in the room. That was at least 2 weeks ago.

So the latest is the older boys in the home have obviously been brainwashed, OR it's just more of "Drew says"?

I'd say it's probably alittle of both. I remember during one of DP's interviews he said that the older kids changed the channel when the little ones were in the room but who knows? (I can't help but guess he bad mouthed Stacey in front of the smaller children.)

People who have been inside the home since Stacy's "disappearance have said that at least one of the kids have shown some consternation, but it is unwise to dwell on it because DrewP may take some negative action. PLEASE GET THOSE 4KIDS OUT OF HIS CLUTCHES. PLEASE:eek: :eek: You read this here first!!!
 
I just heard reporters talking of a comment that Steve C. supposedly made about when he was present with the kids and Drew.
 
I'm not doubting what you heard, SS. I'm just relaying what I remember coming out of Drew's mouth a few weeks ago as well.
 
We skimmed over the most simple of scams and how everyone is joined in this case...insurance. We discussed it at length next door..and it just fits. Everyone involved has had something to gain....how? We need to find every piece to this puzzle.
