Nope, I'm not referring to any comments from Misty's hypnosis fairtale.
I'm thinking the "wheelie" comment was in one of her impromtu interviews with the press.

Y, didn't she say she was called and flew over, claiming to have sped, maybe she wanted to cover how she was there so quickly??
You're right. To our knowledge Tommy has never admitted visiting Misty at the MH earlier that day. The puzzle continues - just who can we believe?
If anyone can provide me with a source to the "she was all right then" comment, I would be much obliged. This "fact" has been tossed around for a long time now, but no one ever provides a source.I'm thinking the "wheelie" comment was in one of her impromtu interviews with the press.
Shes states Haleigh was doing wheelies, Em, but what she does NOT say is that "Haleigh was doing fine then". I've searched for a source, and the only one I came up with is the transcription of the hypnosis video which is inaccurate. That one little statement carries a lot of weight, so I'm making a bit of a fuss over it (and a few enemies, too, no doubt). It has become part of our collective knowledge base, but should does it really belong there? She also stated Haleigh was doing wheelies in her LVA test..To my knowledge we did not get a reading on what that part of her story revealed...JMO

Concerning RC's behavior: I would like to know why he kicked MC out before she went on her 3 day bender. We know she had been with Nay when she had an accident and got a ticket--that's when she saw WBG's picture at his mom's house. Did RC find out about that and he kicked her out? I believe it was stated that RC hated Nay. When he kicked MC out he called her a n****r lover--in reference to Nay having a baby with a black man. Maybe there was a little more he found out as well. Maybe she was even stealing from him. He then dumped her clothes in Nay Nay's yard. I can't believe he would take her back at all because the 3 day binge would have just added fuel to the fire that was already burning from earlier in the week.
This family is notorious for seeking revenge: RC & MS supposedly trashing the car of Con's baby daddy, RC taking the kids from CS and throwing it in her face, etc. They had most of that week to plot some kind of revenge on MC. Caylee was in the news big time. Child disappearance. Was some kind of plan hatched at that time to get Misty arrested for child neglect? I could really see that happening, but nothing went the way they wanted it to. So where's Haleigh? Sigh.
Nope.I'm not sure if it's anywhere else verbatim to "Haleigh was doing fine then", but in the Hypnosis test at the 26:06 mark Misty is describing Haleigh playing in the yard and says "Haleigh was doing great".

Thanks, Em. No, I'm certainly not the enemy. Just disillusioned. How can we claim to champion the truth and then allow ourselves to be so easily deceived?I've witnessed the attempts on the part of the enemy, but you are not it...JMO

The attorney for Ronald Cummings appeared on 'The Early Show' this morning.

Ronald Cummings, whose daughter vanished from their home in Putnam County in February, still stands behind the last person to see Haleigh Cummings, his attorney said on national television this morning.
Misty Croslin Cummings, may not have revealed everything about the night the girl vanished, but Ronald Cummings does not think Misty was involved, said attorney Terry Shoemaker.
"He's just doubting whether everything she said is what transpired that night. But he in no way believes that she is involved whatsoever,'' Shoemaker said during an interview on CBS' The Early Show.
Ronald Cummings, wants to divorce Misty Croslin Cummings because of the stress the disappearance has placed on their marriage -- not because he thinks his wife was involved, the attorney said.
RONALD CUMMINGS, FATHER OF MISSING 5-YR-OLD HALEIGH CUMMINGS: I don`t know anything about her flunking a polygraph. I know what`s been said about it.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: A recent polygraph, a voice analysis, and a hypnosis session indicated Misty Cummings knows more about what happened to her missing stepdaughter than she is saying. Her husband, Ronald Cummings, though, stands by her side.
R. CUMMINGS: My feelings are we need to find my daughter.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: OK. Do you think Misty holds some information that could help do that?
R. CUMMINGS: I don`t think that she holds any information that`s going to find Haleigh.
Time Ron went to work the day Haleigh went missing.

Terry, as best you can tell me What time did he pick upHaleigh from school, from the bus stop that day?
TERRY SHOEMAKER, ATTORNEY FOR RONALD CUMMINGS: Ronald picked up Haleigh at approximately 3:30. It just depends on.
GRACE: OK.
SHOEMAKER: You know, in talking with him it would depend how fast the bus got there.
GRACE: All right. Got it.
SHOEMAKER: But right around 3:30.
GRACE: 3:30. Terry, how far away was his place of employment?
SHOEMAKER: On that particular evening he told me it took him exactly, based on what, you know, the records are 19 minutes for him to get to work that day.
GRACE: OK. When he picked her up at around 3:30, where did he take her?
SHOEMAKER: He took her home, which is less than a mile away from the bus stop.
GRACE: OK. And what time did he have to be at work?
SHOEMAKER: He didn`t really start work until 5:00. However, he would always get there, he said, approximately 30 minutes to 45 minutes earlier.
GRACE: OK.
SHOEMAKER: Depending on when he left.
GRACE: So he`d get there 45 minutes beforehand. So he picks her up around 3:30, takes her home then drives 20 minutes to work. And we know he punched in on time at work. Yes/no?
SHOEMAKER: Yes, he did. Absolutely.
GRACE: OK. That is the alibi for Ronald Cummings. He was observed picking her up between 3:30 and 4:00. He dropped her off and was on time for work. If not 45 minutes early.
TERRY SHOEMAKER, RONALD CUMMINGS`S ATTORNEY (via telephone): Well, it definitely does affect the way he thinks about what`s going on. But you have to remember, you know, the phone call to Hank, Jr., was, you know, at about 9:00 o`clock, and he never asked him to go check on -- check on Misty and the kids. He just called to see if Misty was at their house.

Ronald Cummings attorney said Tuesday that Cummings did not ask Croslin to check where she was and had been in touch with her during the evening.
Terry Shoemaker said Cummings simply called the Croslins just before 9 p.m. to ask if his girlfriend was there. Croslin was not asked to check on his sister in the call that lasted 20 to 30 seconds.
Shoemaker said the two had been in touch throughout the night.
As far as he knows, they were home, he said. He had no reason to think they were not.Authorities said phone records show Cummings did make several unanswered calls to her cell phone before calling the Croslins.
There were numerous attempts to call Misty, said Maj. Gary Bowling of the Putnam County Sheriffs Office. Unsuccessful attempts.
Bowling said Cummings called Tommy Croslin to say he was not able to contact her.
The couple had recently fought, prompting Misty to have a weekend excursion away from Ronald days before.

GRACE: Straight out to special guest joining us tonight, Terry Shoemaker, the attorney for Ronald Cummings.
GRACE: Number one, are there witnesses placing Ronald Cummings at work about 30 minutes before he was supposed to punch in and that he was there until his shift ended, the night shift? Yes, no.
SHOEMAKER: Yes. And it`s not a punch-in, you know, as far as a time clock.
GRACE: Correct.
SHOEMAKER: They actually have to use their fingerprints in order to scan in and check in for work, so...
GRACE: OK. Even better.
SHOEMAKER: ... he definitely was there.
SHOEMAKER: He was hired as a crane operator. However, his job duties would, you know, differ depending on what they had in store for him that night.

Hi LT,
was Lindsay in nursing school at the time? I thought maybe Tommy was watching the kids and maybe she was at school.
:banghead: I must say as I keep digging, I keep finding things that make me say hmm:waitasec:.
Ron has stood by Misty since day one. Red Flag! Why? He was fighting with her days prior and also that night. Why would he in-trust her with his children in the first place? What good reason did he have to call Tommy at 9PM to check on Misty instead of him leaving work and checking on his children? Ron then says that he never asked Tommy to check on Misty that he just asked if she was there. So why didn't he go home to check on the kids? Then Misty fails the poly and Ron says, :loser: I never heard nothing Mzz Nancy..then says other.
He also claims he picked up Haleigh from the bus stop and I just flat out don't believe him. What reason would the parents from the bus stop have to lie?
Also, if you notice even with the time line for work that TS gives for Ronald, he would still of been placed at the MH when Tommy and the kids were there. When it was said that Haleigh and her cousins were outside playing. He would of not left for work until 4:15 - 4:30PM. By that time Tommy was already there! Yet Ron never mentions that. I also know for a fact and I have been looking for that darn interview that Ron said he worked 8 hrs a day making an honest living...So if his shift started at 5PM it would end at around 1:00 -1:30AM, but he told his attorney he worked 3 hours over time. Which is it? His own pastor said way back then something to the effect that Ron worked 8 hrs. TN said Ron had only been on the night shift for about 3 weeks. LE HAS NEVER SAID IF RON WAS AT WORK HIS ENTIRE SHIFT. THEY ONLY SAID THEY WERE SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK HOURS. TO KEEP NG STRAIGHT HERE AND HER PRODUCERS...:furious:
This is one of the many interviews I sniped from http://www.cbs47.com/content/topstor...G4ZUvEUaA.cspx back in March 09, and for some reason there links never work for older articles or videos. In that interview he said he came home 8 hrs later...after he picked up Haliegh from the bus stop, that I believe he did not. I would like to know where Ron was that afternoon? Did he go after someone Misty was with that weekend? Early on he had mentioned he may of known who took Haleigh and changed his tune on that story real fast.
Ronald:
I kissed my daughter, went to work, trying to make an honest living, trying to make an honest wage. I came home eight hours later, and she was gone."
Reporter: ...Tell me about the last time you saw her...
Ronald Cummings: I got her off the school bus. She ran to me--jumped in my arms. Drove the car home--got out-- gave me a hug and a kiss--loved on me-- told me she loved me and she'd see me when I got home....
Here are a few more snips from Ron standing by Misty and TS speaking out regarding his work hrs.
Was Lindsey taking day classes or evening classes?
This entire transcript from Nancy Grace is a real "crock" as GGMS would say. In fact, the fingerprint "time clock" at PDM started after Haleigh disappeared. This attorney is just parroting what Ron has told him, he has not actually investigated any of this "crock". So, in Ron's own words he came home eight hours after he started work and worked three hours overtime?????????? If he stopped by the store (past his house's drive) at around three am, then he arrived at work at around 7:00 pm? That's about eight hours. So, he was at the house when Misty's brother (whichever one) was visiting with his kids and the AC man arrived too?
I'm so sick of all the lies. Am I the only one who sees even more lies on Ron's part than Misty?
