Thanks
@jab99 for the thoughts and also
@commentatingbee for the timeline. And yes, agree don’t want to speculate if children are involved. (I am a little surprised that charging sheet / affidavit lists the child’s name. At least comparing with a few other recent cases followed here at WS.)
Having said that…… IANAL but IIUC premeditation can be formed in an instant at times. And it is now clear the parents argued at the party. In which they had gone separately. They left separately too IIUC. And then shortly it seems after returning home another altercation. And still awaiting the given outcome. Whether it was instantaneous, in the heat of moment or passion, or premeditated still to be determined. Not ruling either out at the moment.
Just hope she can be located and soon. MOO
I agree!
They didn't arrive or leave together, were arguing at the club, while attending a birthday party (so, in front of friends), which usually indicates a more serious situation, since it wasn't paused until they were in a private setting. Then it escalated when they arrived home & became physical.
The neighbor saw him getting physical with her and saw them walk towards the woods. The way he describes it, sounds like she was trying to get away from him and he chased her.
Then, she calls her friend wanting to come over (sounding frantic), and later calls her mother to inform her that he punched her and her back and neck were injured.
Then POOF, she's never heard from again???
It played out like a horror film & I unfortunately have a strong feeling that she is "gone", at his hand.
The daughter (she's a freshman in college) even told police that she thinks her dad hurt her mom. That says A LOT.
Also, the teenage boy arrived home around midnight & the husband claimed that Suzanne slept in her younger child's bed. But if that were true, why wouldn't she take her to school & why didn't the son see her? There are major holes in his story.
I think they need to search his ranch. They arrested him there, in Kendall County, where the ranch is located. Why would he be there instead of out looking for his missing wife if he wasn't guilty? STRANGE!
