... Once again, if anyone is going to accuse someone of murder it should not be based upon twisted facts or rumors (or especially upon anything that has ever been posted on LISK where no password or proof of identity is required to post a comment).
<rs&bbm>

Although there may be a bunch of verified nice peeps and fruit loops, an SK wouldn't want to be verified. Still, his IP would show up as a "guest". I became aware of that on a previous board when another poster was asking where I was ... the admin answered that i was "on the board, but not logged in". Busted ;)

<bbm>

Hmmm, dunno about that, Clone ... if they have a voice recording, why the need to believe Amanda that dude is white ... they should be able to make their own expert determination w/o having to rely on Amanda's opinion?

my .2cents worth
I beleive the caller made some comments about amanda being a half breed,
This in my own opinion would be by a white person, never heard a phrase out of a dark skinned person, not saying it isnt possible.. But they dont seem to make racist comments in reguards to their own other then n----r or n---a <(please dont take that out of context)

Also i truely belive they have recorded the voice in the call, cant tell me they traced the calls and didnt tap the line.. Belive it was said, possibly in the a&e show they were in nyc and tried to locate the person but lost the signal. (will look for a link) Is there a transcript from A&E anyone?

One last time I will mention that Mari's comments about CPH's first call are also supported on her website. There's no point in continuing to be be attacked for my opinion. No matter how many supporters CPH has I will continue to believe he is involved in SG's and the GB4 and the Manorville murders.

LISK seems to be full of a bunch of fruit loops, at least the comments I have seen so far and I have read a lot. Some whacked people posting there for sure.

Well said though and I agree!

Exactly why I never read there. I see several WSer's referring to someone named Fluke, and I haven't the first clue who this person is or what they have said. I intend to keep it that way. ;)

BBM

He did. It's stated in a few of the MSM articles that I've read on this case. I also believe that Melissa's boyfriend was quoted in a few MSM articles stating that the caller sounded like "a drunk white guy".

OK, found a you tube video of the a&e show..
Says at 50 Min's in
7 calls made, 3 calls before cops got involved and the cell carrier was asked to tap the phone (tap to me equals recorded)
Dormier states the caller was killer and knew things about the crime that the public or anyone knew at that time..
They traced the call to an exact location but surveillance footage couldn't pin point the caller due to to many people..
So on top of the possible recordings, they possibly have a picture of him,
I'm sure if it was cph, he has been vocal in the media and a voice comparison would be to easy, as well they would see if any "poi" was visible in the surveilence. I dont belive that LE wouldnt do such tasks to solve this asap <(wheres waldo)

as for the LISK site, I can't blame you, 99.9% hot garbage.

on a technical level, you would only need to know a poster's username and the email address they have associated with the name. No password is necessary, if you had those 2 pieces of information you could post as that user. In essence the associated email address acts as the password.

The issue of course is just because a user is called "MariGilbert" on there, doesn't mean it is. But in all likelihood, posts by that username are coming from the same person each time. The fluke character is definitely someone who lives in oak beach. his posts are of interest to me because 2 of the things he had been repeatedly stating have turned out to be true:

1.) months prior to the A&E special he seemed to know the police already had documented proof of the cph mg phone calls. he stated it on many occasions. (this turned out to be true)

2.) he has been screaming for months that the G4 bodies had previously been in the marsh area where they have now found SG, and that LE should be searching that area for SG. More specifically he stated that the G4 were submerged in the mosquito canals, then moved due to some coming restoration project. (so far half of this turned out to be true: SG was in that area)

there has been a long running flame war between 2 oak beach residents on the LISK site, tooclosetoohome (believed to be BH wife of CPH) and flukeyou (who tooclosetoohome and others believe is a neighboring resident JAS) JAS rhymes with "yosef car-lease". the online war between these 2 is quite interesting at times.

As for EVERYTHING else on that site....just don't read it

Thank you. These have been my thoughts since CPH first injected himself into SG's case.

Above BBM and in this lies the entire crux of the CPH issue.. Be it not for Hackett, himself he would not be in the spotlight so to speak, as he presently is and quite likely will remain for the duration of the LISK case..

I do not have a clue whether or not he harmed Shannan or any other victim, but as far as the investigation all ops are still on the table with LE having NOT cleared/ruled ANYONE OUT.. And where Hackett is concerned he is absolutely 100% still an extremely relevant individual as far the investigation into SG's death, murder IMO..

The "suspect"/"POI" issue is being argued as if it truly means something that LE has chosen not to "PUBLICLY" name a suspect or POI in this case this far.. Any who follow current or recent missing person/homicide cases knows that LE always, always very much have named suspects/POi behind closed doors.. The term and naming those persons publicly are every bit of a part of LE/investigators strategy in a homicide case.. There are very intentional and important reasons that are involved in the process that investigators follow in their choosing to name these individuals PUBLICLY.. It has nothing to do with playing "games" as has been stated, nor does it have a thing in the world to do with "lies".. Some may choose to look at it that way and that's their prerrogative, but truth is LE/FBI/Investigators owe us, the public NOTHING whatsoever in terms with their being absolutely honest and forthcoming in an active and ongoing investigation.. They will keep info/details from the media/public, they will "lie" to protect or progress the investigation/case, and they certainly without a shadow of a doubt will choose to not PUBLICLY name suspects or POIs in a case dependant upon many different variables at play in the case..

Hackett is in the spotlight for the duration til hard evidence *proves to LE otherwise.. Or til the perp(s) are charged.. that's a "FACT".. Maybe he's not involved.. Maybe he's involved up to his eyeballs.. And if he's not I certainly hope that he learns from this experience as he so obviously has failed to learn from his long history of experiences and interjections of himself into situations and/or his fabrications, exaggerations, and all out falsehoods that his history clearly shows.. Either way he's in the spotlight, again so to speak for the duration..

Does that mean that he's the only person being discussed and looked at as possibilities??.. Nope, obviously not.. There are several presently and who knows what the future may hold in terms of new info coming to light that may even bring others into that spotlight as well..*

All JMO, tho!

(FWIW)
WABC-TV reports that Oak Beach resident Dr. Charles P. Hackett was one of the last people to see Gilbert alive. Gilbert's mother told the station that she received a phone call from Hackett the day after she disappeared.

"He called me on the phone. He said he had a halfway house and that Shannan was there," Gilbert reportedly told the station. "She wanted to be off the streets and he was trying to help her."

Agree 100%
I don't think you should either or others. I personally have CPH on my radar based on my gut reaction to him. I do believe Mari Gilbert and her daughters account of the phone call.
I wouldn't say he is the one just yet without proof, or anyone really.
Some funky ppl involved in this case, its mind boggling.

Clone 101, can you post a link to the you tube video of the A&E Show?

As far as the book is concerned, I've reviewed the .jpg, but not the PDF yet.

The "whorehouse" reference that you've been propagating was actually meant to be funny in an ironic sort of way. "Pacifists need to be more militaristic, just as preachers need to be more "Of the People"" - that's kind of the message that I read, albeit I lack broader context. Remember, this book is supposed to be like a post-WWII "M.A.S.H.", so read it as humorous.

He left Ohio a year later and moved to Ogunquit, Maine, in 1960, where he lived for two years as he wrote a novel, "The Last Happy Hour," about a hospital administrator bringing up a son by himself. "My father would never admit that any of it was anything but fiction," said his son, who lives in Point Lookout.
(snipped from CJH obituary.)

Except according to CJH's obituary the book was written in 1960, and MASH the television show was based on a book from 1968, the show aired from 72 to 83. But since CJH was survived only by his son and 3 grandchildren, we know who most likely put together the info for the obit don't we? Seeing as the book's copyright says 1976 and was published in 1976 and references years through out the 70's and 1976 specifically, I would say that the book was not written in 1960 as stated by the obituary, which then makes me take everything in the obituary with a few grains of salt. Why I bring this to attention is that there seems to be a smog of fiction constantly following CPH and his statements and claims.

But you really should read the 12 pages of the pdf, as *advertiser censored* and whorehouses are mentioned again.

I also took interest in the line, "war heroes, like women who die in childbirth, go straight to heaven". from page 68.

OBITUARY.
Charles Hackett, Administrator
Author: John J. Giuffo. STAFF WRITER
Article Text: Charles Joseph Hackett, a retired administrator at Hempstead General Hospital, died Tuesday at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center, West Islip. He was 87. Mr. Hackett had been admitted to Good Samaritan Hospital for four days in early August after suffering a stroke. Mr. Hackett had a wide variety of occupations throughout his life, including that of banker, tugboat captain in World War II, hospital comptroller, poet, author and administrator. Mr. Hackett was born in Flatbush in 1909. He attended Columbia University and worked as a banker at Brown Brothers Harriman in Manhattan before enlisting in the Army in 1941. While in the Army, he rose in rank from a private in field artillery to a major in military intelligence. Before leaving the Army, he served as a trial judge advocate and as provost marshal of the 11th Airborne, where he prosecuted German war criminals, among others. Having served in the European theater for four years, he stayed in Biarritz, France, after the war to pursue graduate study at the American University there. He returned home in 1946, attended Columbia's graduate program in hospital administration in 1952, and was soon employed as the comptroller of the Hackensack Medical Center in Hackensack, N.J. It was there during the early 1950s he met his future wife, Maryellen. They were married in February, 1955. She died a year later from complications arising from the birth of their only son, Charles Peter. Mr. Hackett later moved to Marysville, Ohio, where he was the vice president of the Scott Lawn Seed Company. In 1962, Mr. Hackett moved to West Islip, and to Point Lookout in 1969. In 1991, he moved to Oak Beach, where he remained until his death. He was the executive director of Hempstead General Hospital from 1962 to 1986, and a professor of hospital administration at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University from 1974 to 1984. "He was a consummate gentleman. A man of very old traditions," his son said. Mr. Hackett would often attend the yearly Breadloaf Conference in Middlebury, Vt., where he would study poetry with the likes of Robert Frost and Jack Kerouac. He also ran five to 10 miles a day until the age of 80. "He was very dedicated to the quality of health care, both in the region and in the country," said his son, and he often spoke out for equal access to health care for all Americans. He was Hofstra University's Man of the Year for 1977. Mr. Hackett was also president of the Hempstead Chamber of Commerce from 1972 until 1974. In addition to his son, Mr. Hackett is survived by two granddaughters and a grandson. Services were held Wednesday at the O'Shea Funeral Home in Wantagh. Mr. Hackett was buried Thursday at the Maryrest Cemetery in Mahwah, N.J.

Thanks.
I hate to say this and from left field really but, I have wondered about the son of CPH.
Which may be nothing I dont know enough. For me if CPH was guilty of things I just cant imagine with that leg of his being able to perform certain disposal of these woman. I wondered if he became involved because he is a nosy body and/or to cover for his son?

Thanks.

Fwiw,
The sons is relatively young and would have been really young when this began
I got a slap on the wrist for sleuthing him.. Can find him if you want easily
From what i gather every time the media gets rolling he leaves town to go snowboarding.. i feel the parents are protecting him from the media and dads possible involvement

Thanks.

he's ~20 and not old enough in my opinion, unless there is some insane family legacy thing going on, which I just couldn't comprehend. I think the only thing that runs in the family is enjoying fabrications... fb page says junior goes to harvard, which is a lie, although a common one on fb profiles. as far as I can tell jr spends all of his time snowboarding, surfing, skating and fishing. positive outlets in my opinion.

I was thinking of just Shannan that night a 20 yr old at a neighborhood party.
oh well :)

BBM

Thank you for this! It sounds like you had to pay for access to it, and I'm really grateful that you paid for it and shared it here.

I bolded those two sentences above for two reasons:
1. A lawn seed company would definitely use burlap bags. Perhaps there were a bunch of old bags that were kept by the father after he moved, and they ended up with CPH?

2. The mother died in childbirth. This is awful and tragic. It also might explain any madonna/*advertiser censored* issues that someone might be dealing with.
