The most awful thing abut John Mark Karr is not just that he's a self-confessed paedophile but that he was clever enough to insinuate himself into this case to the detriment of it ever being solved.
He's a nutjob who has no moral scruples about hijacking the investigation for his own benefit. What's really appalling is that so many people like Mary Lacy & Michael Treacy who should have known better & had the rigorous professional & intellectual skepticism necessary to smell a rat where this guy's claim were concerned didn't and decided to jump on the media bandwagon.
Amen and pass the spuds! Speaking from personal experience, Lacy has no problem using the media to promote herself. She also loves people who prey on children, she really likes to see them get away with the crime, but only if they are rich and can afford the best legal representation that money can buy. But, if they are poor, well, their goose is cooked.

4sure, I'm sorry that I keep using words you don't like. I said "ironclad" was too strong of a word, we could have left it at that. His wife provided an alibi for him, he wasn't even in the same time zone as Boulder, so can we just let it go? I would love for someone other than the parents to be involved, but all evidence roads lead back to the Ramseys. And those same roads don't even remotely lead to Fleet White!!! He and his wife are the only two civilian witnesses in this case that have held onto their integrity. They know the level of corruption in the Boulder County DA's office. They have repeatedly tried to get a special prosecutor appointed, but IMO, the level of corruption goes much higher than just the DA's office. Just because Fleet White hasn't written a book about what has happened or publically released his statement to LE doesn't mean he has anything to hide. Fleet White testified not once but twice in front of the grand jury. The parents of "that child" didn't. And don't tell me FW was under investigation and that's why he testified twice, because if that were true, don't you think the parents of "that child" would have been called.

.[]4sure, I'm sorry that I keep using words you don't like. .
Its not that you use words I don't like its that you use the wrong words. A person who is a accused of a crime needs an alibi. A person who confesses to a crime does not. .
but all evidence roads lead back to the Ramseys. .
It simply does not or they would be in jail and last I checked the only jailed criminal among the "friends" who were there that morning is FW.

I agree with you allthough there was evidence of two intruders in the basement considering two seperate shoe prints left there. I believe perhaps JMK was one of those intruders and the Ramseys are innocent completly. Bad police work can certainly muff up a case, it is shameful.

JMK was never in the Ramsey house.

Question #5 is not worded correctly...premeditated or an accident are not mutually exclusive. If she died in the middle of a sexually motivated assault, the killer may not have intended her to die, yet it's not realistic to call it an accident either.

It was an accident. Not even motivated.

We don't know what the grand jury decided to do for sure. We have Hunter's word, and well, he's as believable as JMK, so don't even go there. Hunter, Lacy, DeMuth, and Hofstrom are a disgrace to the legal world. They are nothing but liars. And really helpful to baby killers.

I'll get the tar, but bring your own damn feathers!

If the DA was truley looking for a "patsy" to convict for JBR's death they had one.

And most likely would have gone with it if they could have gotten away with it.

As far as I recall they never came up with these pictures and videos and JMK was released only because of the DNA results. Depending on what you believe about DNA in this case I guess that clears him or maybe it does not.

It doesn't. The fact that there's no evidence he was there clears him, and Lacy practically said so.

It simply does not or they would be in jail

Don't be naive. That's the one thing I ask from everyone, regardless of their position.

Thats twice SD. Are you trying to goad me?

OK Kids,

No "goading" allowed. I'll turn this car around and smack the goad right outtaya if y'all don't behave.

Love,
Mom.

Thats twice SD. Are you trying to goad me?

I can assure you I'm not. I can't even remember the first time.

I go to lengths not to start fights here. No point to it.

But, I am at fault at least partially. I should have posted my lengthier response. There are a myriad number of reasons that they are not in prison. Lack of evidence isn't one of 'em, imo.
