Ok... enough of this couch potato trial watching.
My new workout plan:
Every time Nurmi objects = 10 crunches.
Sustained = 10 squats
Overruled = 15 fist pumps per arm.
I'm going to be ripped!
I'm going to have my summer body in no time!
