Wonder if GS has his own LegalShield policy?

Its his style and I like it.

He is passionate when he knows he is the only voice Travis has.

Yes but sadly its not about what you like. Its about how it comes off to the jury. If the defense were doing the same thing people would be complaining. Its not professional IMHO. If a DA can't get his point across with comming off as a <redacted> than he or she needs to find a new line of work.

Seems Gus was extremely interested in some "personal mentoring" with Jodi.

If I were a juror I would wonder what any of his testimony meant... at all.

he didn't even really know JA.

I don't EVEN want a speeding ticket in that county of Az.!!! :floorlaugh:

Ok, when I'm starting to feel a little sorry for this witness, then I'd say the prosecutor could be having the same effect on the jury.

I don't feel sorry for Gus at all. I think he has his own self serving agenda and it doesn't include seeking justice for the victim, Travis Alexander.

This is not the only witness he has done this with.

hostile witness gets hostile tactics. When his own witness deviates from what they are supposed to say he has to redirect it around. She deviated from what she was supposed to show, and if she does not get back on track then it looks like prosecution has no idea what they are talking about. Go back through he threads and find that day...many here knew exactly why he did what he did.

I just woke up. Can someone summarize what this guy is claiming? TIA

he met Jodi a few times and she was not dressed provocatively

he heard Jodi on the phone with Travis and she cried (after they had broken up)

he works for MLM company but don't call it a pyramid.

My latest prayer is for enunciation. I just heard 'You talked about your a$$' instead of 'You talked about - you were asked'.

Please. God. Enunciate.

Well, the only thing I can figure out is they needed Gus Searcy to be a witness to get in that he saw Jodi crying after taking a phone call reportedly from Travis. And that's it.That is the only thing I can see that might even remotely play into self defense-- and that's pretty remote, imo.

Unless I missed something?

I was just thinking this watching this interaction. I think the Prosecutor needs to tone it down with people who are not JA. This is just some innocent guy who knows the chick. If I was on the jury and he was being so completely snarky and aggressive, It would put me off. It would make me feel like he was over reaching.

As a juror I would be uncomfortable.

I don't care how she was dressed, I wanna hear more about the HELIO!!!
