I've been waiting for the list of the 696 women Gus allegedly "dated" before romantically proposing to Miss Lucky Employee of the Year. Wondering if Miss Three Hole Wonder is on it. :floorlaugh:

It would make more sense if it was 666 :furious:

I hope the jury is noticing a pattern. Jodi doesn't target any of the minions of PPL to use and manipulate.

Did I hear this correctly? Jodi wasn't under his group, she was under CH's group and she was very appropriately dressed. However, she managed to stay overnight in his motorhome and he gave her a phone to use.

That along with the circle vs. pyramid and that legendary parties were held after the daytime meetings. Party time. And that this top of the circle executive travels well in his "very big but long" motorhome and he sports a very big, gaudy ring.

Exactly!

Remember what Gus said yesterday (or Chris Hughes said he said) he had information that could blow this case wide open. It could hurt her or help her... free her or fry her. Ummm really?

Not one person on that jury is going to think it was ok nor innocent for a grown, married, much older, not very attractive balding old man, to offer to have a beautiful young woman he was 'mentoring' (who by the way wasn't even in GS underline or whatever they call it) to have her come stay at his 'motorhome' for a day, night, and a day- especially after a break up with a boyfriend.

Talk about the shark going after the kill. Rebound anyone. He looks like the dirty old man that he is, I can guarantee it.

Hmmm, interesting... meeting her in Pasadena for 10 minutes to give her a phone in between dropping off his children at school and picking them up.

Yorba Linda to Pasadena is about a 30 minute drive. So, an hour drive for a 10 minute meeting! Why didn't he just overnight her the phone, that's what most people would do.

I wonder if his wife knew about the visit Jodi made to his motorhome to spend the night, or the gift of the phone?

If this is all they got then they are screwed- which I already knew they were but this is some solid proof now.
:what: Maybe GUS is the 2-hour-married-car-guy?! :thud:

Someone else mentioned this a page or so back. I'm not up to speed at all with this case - could anyone who is, answer this please?

GS mentioned Chris Hughes in his NFL team reference as to why he would mentor someone he was not profiting from.
As to why the jury would realize or know Chris Hughes is a significant person in relation to TA is a mystery. I have not had time to watch the entire trial though.

Sorry - will figure out how to double quote next time :/

I wanted to respond to m00c0w's post in the earlier closed thread.

The photo where it's alleged his throat was cut. Nothing but speculation.

She obviously left by 6:00 that night. I'm not talking about hours. I'm talking about minutes. 2 minutes, to put it simply, doesn't seem possible. Especially if TA was putting up any sort of a fight. Who here has ever been in any sort of a fight? Who knows how tiring it is? Who thinks that 120lb Jodi Arias would have been able to fight built TA for any amount of time (as evidenced by defensive wounds), stab him 29 times, and then have any stamina left to drag him anywhere in 2 minutes?

I'm not denying any of the injuries. I'm not saying she didn't do it. I'm saying that there is a great possibility that those 2 minutes were not the entirety of the attack, and that it's possible she left and came back with another weapon. In fact, I think that makes more sense than claiming the above.

I worked in LE. There was a case in which a car was found with a male (5'11" 198lb at time of death) stuffed inside in the back seat. He had 37 stab wounds, along with defense wounds, fingers hanging by threads and half his other hand almost cut completely through. In finding and looking at a security cam tape it showed a 5'5" 125 lb
woman stabbing him as he stood by the car. He dropped ten feet from the car and she dragged, lifted and stuffed him in the vehicle. Time took from start to finish, eighteen minutes. He stopped moving at eleven minutes.

Have a great afternoon everybody. I must depart.

Let us hope that the jury is thinking what we are thinking with that Chris Hughes question!

Do we know if he married the woman he proposed to at the meeting/convention/brainwashing?

Don't know if he married her, but one thing I know is that he had his Pope ring on his ring finger of his left hand when he was on the stand today.

If I were a juror I would wonder what any of his testimony meant... at all.

he didn't even really know JA.

I so hoped Juan would ask... "How well do you know Jodi?" and then toss those pictures up there... "Did you know this side of her?"
But... Gus prolly would have just grinned... and smirked... Chances are... He DID know that side of her. Ewwww!

The good news from this morning is:
At least one juror has figured out that Jodi wasn't under Gus in the company's organizational chart and that it is hinky that Gus was meeting with Jodi multiple times, stayed with him, and gave her a phone.

Hello everyone,,about the vegas confrance(sp) why did jodi stay with searcy if she was seeing travis? wasnt travis at the confrence(sp)? why was she getting mentering from searcy and not hughes?maybe the phone call was travis asking the same questions

Don't know if he married her, but one thing I know is that he had his Pope ring on his ring finger of his left hand when he was on the stand today.

He probably makes the wife kiss it every morning.
