I've been lurking in here for days and days, BUT OMG are ya kidding me with this witness?? She was what 13 when she saw Jodi and Travis together? I'm sure she felt Jodi was being ignored cuz adults also leave out 13 yr olds. She and Jodi prolly were the same emotional age..

Lordy be...reaching much?
:furious:

Do you have a tornado coming through?

Yes, Dan. We are about 5 miles from the alarm that goes off downtown and it went off three different times while my hubby and I were trying to get more stuff moved and tied down after the Gazebo crashed.

And it is suppose to be worse later on tonight.

imo

Radar online keeps having issues for me. What is the best (most reliable) feed to watch..... I am sure I have missed so much!

Clean this up Juan.

Jodi can't take a joke....so Travis is so abusive! Roflmao

YIKES!!!! I worked for an hour and missed a ton of stuff! I hope one of you sweet darlings will post links later!! ;)

What! What! What!!!!

Big cat person here, I never heard this story before....Where did this come from?

I heard this on Jane Velez-Mitchell's show, but the kitten in Jodi's care did not die and was not unfed. It was just locked up for two weeks with no human contact (but with food and water) and freaked out a little. (According to an ex co-worker of Jodi's.)

On her blog Lisa wrote she believed had Travis survived they could have worked through their problems and he was the only man she ever loved. She grieved his loss, greatly. (Let's not paint it into she was lucky to get away because she has never stated that and seems to feel very different.)

Fortunately now she is happily married to a seemingly great guy and has a new baby. I really wish her a lifetime of happiness. MOO

Lacey, everyone of the defense witnesses have been more favorable for the prosecution than the defense. Ive never seen any trial like it. He shuts them down time and time again........one witness after another.

OT: OMG!!!!!!!!!! We just heard a loud crash outside and rushed to the door and our Gazebo is upside down about thirty feet away from where it was. Its ruined and all my clay pots are shattered. It took stone pavers and moved them 20 feet. Please pray that the weather calms down here.

WOW....sorry to hear that. Stay away from windows till it passes,

Travis took Jodi on trips and this proves she was emotionally abused?
Travis played a joke on Jodi and this proves that Jodi was violently abused?
Travis raised his voice to Jodie and this proves that he violently abused Jodi?

The defense couldn't get any weaker.

:waitasec:

And I believe I've said twice now that's within your right. Not sure why you keep restating this.

Oh is that what you meant? I thought you were being patronizing by saying I was claiming. It was not claim, it's public knowledge. No damage done.

The story I heard, IIRC, on JVM last night is that a coworker approached a woman who worked with Jodi because she rescued animals. This woman asked the animal rescuer to take her cat. The rescuer asked Jodi if she wanted it. Jodi said she'd take care of it until someone wanted it permanently.

The next time the animal rescue person heard from Jodi. Jodi told her she had put the cat in a room by itself with plenty of food and water for two weeks and found it dead.

oh no, travis raised his voice.......

Still waiting to hear that he smacked Jodi around.

In reply to the homicide vs murder comment...it's murder. JA confessed to killing him...she's guilty of MURDER. I don't care what legal definition is given and i bet the jurors think the same. She has NO right to claim self defense-there is no defending her and it's offensive that she is given any sense of support. I appreciate more than ever that WS is a VICTIM friendly forum.

What is acceptable in public domain and in a courtroom are two different things.

You are free to call her whatever you want, murderer included.

Parties in a trial are not. Hence the objection.
