Does their truck have a backseat? I haven't looked closely, so I don't know.
It appears to in pictures I have seen of it being hauled off.

This just seals it for me, Terri did not go back to the school for the talent show KYRON WAS TO BE IN (as I suspected all along) because she knew Kyron wasn't there.
End of story, as far as I am concerned.
But Kaine didn't go either - and he took off work early . . .
Physical evidence or not, what leans me is the fact that she was the last person seen with Kyron and then had an hour and a half she can't account for.
I believe he has stated he did not know about it...I don't see how she could not have known about it because she was reportedly always at the school- and was that morning- and it was posted on a sign, from what I've read...(still wouldn't condemn her for not going)...

2. Is there something somewhere which confirms that the SF projects were supposed to be cleared from the room at 10? Or is it because the school day began at 10 that day with the earlier hours filled with parents wandering around looking at the projects?
Roughly four minutes.
But HRD dogs are not usually brought out until much later.
I think having a science fair AND a talent show on the same day seems very odd. I don't remember any of my kids having double events such as that. Both require preparation beforehand and it seems like a lot to expect of little kids.
BTW, I saw a poster of Missing Kyron here in AZ the other day.
If ANYTHING positive can come out of this mess, it might be that school districts will examine their policies about children not in attendance in school. Many schools already have a call in system in place by parents, if a student will be missing, if the school has no note or phone call from home, the school contacts the parent to verify the situation with the student. This system was in place for my kids in High School as well. ( Minnesota)
With so many young people being abducted, we need to adjust and re=examine our local City and school policies regarding the safety & security of our nation's greatest resource . . our children. We also have a 10PM curfew for kids under 18.
I think it has been confirmed that Terri took Kaine's truck and had baby K with her on the day Kyron dissappeared so it most likely does have a back seat for the car seat.

I think this is an unfair double standard.
But on another note, the school had to be nearly crazy to cram all this activity into one day. YEESH.
Terri was at the school, at least on the day of the science fair. Probably other days too. Kaine was not, so how could he have seen the sign? Not a double standard at all.
