Adult Community Supervision List - Circuit 7

Counties Served: Flagler, Putnam, St. Johns, and Volusia.

Since Chad was sentenced for a crime in Putnam County, perhaps that's why he was supervised by the parole officer there.

[Dunno why Circuit 5 wouldn't do it, though, since that was his last known residence and employment.]

I checked inmate releases for Volusia County - no ChReynolds served time in that county [which is the county that Daytona is in, btw.]
 
His current location is unknown; he disappeared.
 
We haven't been given much of substance from LE, but maybe we are not focusing on the right things. I think that PCSO has revealed something very significant in their recent statement. They say that they have new leads in the case (encouraging!) and that "some new information has come to light about what happened in the days leading up to Haleigh's disappearance - as well as what happened the night she vanished."

I think what happened in "the days leading up to Haleigh's disappearance" laid the groundwork for the crime. Unfortunately, we don't know too much about what went on in those critical days. The few things we know include:

- Crystal received a court notice for non-payment of child support.
- There was an incident over a missing gun that supposedly involved Misty's cousin Joe who was staying with her brother Timmy.
- Just prior to the weekend, Ron & Misty had a big fight and Ron threw her out of the house.
- Misty joined up with her old pal Nay Nay and they partied all weekend with others, including WBG and Amber B. Reportedly, this included dugs & sex.
- At the end of the weekend, Misty came back to Ron and they reconciled. We can assume that this involved much "discussion" between the two.

Does anyone else remember what happened in this early time period?
 
One of the things that I am curious about is the fight Ron supposedly had with Joe over a stolen gun. How is that Joe supposedly stole the gun but Ron was the one who sent Misty to the ditch that they found the gun in. Doesn't that mean that Ron knew where the gun was? So how was it stolen?

Maybe someone can help me understand.

Mebbe there was a fight (two people say there was: Misty and TN), maybe there wasn't (one person says there wasn't: Ron).

Misty says in August, during her LVA/LDT other tests with TM's group that Ronald's gun was missing and he sent her over to her brother's place and, while they were talking on the phone, he told her to look around, then told her to look in the ditch at such a place, and she found the gun. "Imagine that."

Hey debs, glad someone's here with me. But debs, that's what I don't understand, how would Ron know about a ditch at her BROTHER'S HOUSE? I am starting to wonder about this ("stolen gun"). Was a crime committed with this gun and all their hands are dirty? IDK.

Why would TN and Misty feel the need to relay this little bit of info? Only to have it shut down by Ron. Ron does not want that info out. I wonder why?

AS bought a brand new vehicle on 2/25 appr. Dont know if she traded any in though. Can't track the trade in, if any, only have the new car purchase.

There you are Whisperer! I thought it was just me and debs in here tonight. Whisp, what do you think about the alleged fight over a gun between Ron and Jo? How would Ron know where to tell Misty to look for it? I am just curious about that.

Ron denies a fight and removes himself about the gun and JO. I want to know what rc did the weekend before. Why did LE take his boat for inspection?

Why does LE think the weekend is related to what occurred Monday? This substantiates that misty and/or rc are involved. The sealer is their devotion to each other, despite what LE has told them. What did they do, when did they do it and where is Haleigh?
 
I know nothing about Crystal receiving a notice on Feb 9. IIRC, that rumor started from tn or rc saying they got one. When I looked at the records, the court docs said the notice was posted 2-10 as it is listed as that in the dockets. We have no kge that she or anyone got a notice of such. Is it possible they threw that out there to give CS a motive to steal and harm one of her children...making the notice the reason she did this?
 
What happened that weekend that set LE off to figure this mess out?

I think that one or both of these players were in a very serious state of mind. LE is looking for proof of how they got in the condition they were in. Haleigh may have paid the price due to their emotional difficulties. Their physical condition may have been impaired and rc and misty really do not have any accurate recall of Sunday and Monday. One or both may have been drunk or in a drug haze. They don't even recall the fight with JO or if so, they have no clue on time. I believe rc hid guns and drugs before LE arrived at the mh. I believe JO showed up there either Sunday or Monday. I think JO may have taken rc's gun to protect his cousin misty from being hurt by rc and his temper. JO still may have that gun. rc hid or somebody else stashed his other gun at Tommy's, along with his illegal meds.

I also believe rc called tn way before he said. I will be very surprised if he was at work for more than three hours. I still would like to hear from the school and the teacher to establish the story of her arrival. How in the world could Haleigh have got their on time if what misty said is true. They all would have had to be awake around 6:00am to handle that morning.

Nope, didn't happen the way it was told. I do not think Haleigh was there on Sunday night. And frankly I have my doubt about monday.

ITA! Whatever went on that weekend is what led up to Haleigh going "missing".

We know after Misty claimed to have been pregnant Ron put her out his house.(was this Thursday or Friday?)

Then Ron catches up with Misty at Nay's house and throws all her stuff out onto the lawn. (Friday)

From that point on, all we (I) know is that Misty partied with her friends Saturday and possibly Sunday.(not answering her phone when Ron calls)

We know Misty was dropped off at her brother's house(not sure which one). (Sunday)

so I'm thinking that this horrible weekend started after Misty told Ron she was pregnant (trying to trap him). He supposedly try to harm her per Nay Nay. Misty goes off screwing around and doing drugs and then Ron and Misty hook back up. If Ron thought that maybe Misty was telling the truth about being pregnant, how you think he felt when he tried calling her (to no avail) while she was out doing her thing and supposedly pregnant with his child? I think that THIS weekend, Ron was one mad dog, for sure.

If Misty wouldn't answer her phone over the weekend how do you think Ron reacted? That monday when Misty didn't answer the phone, because he was at work, he called around looking for her and possibly sent someone over to his home to "check on her". I just think that maybe Ron went looking for or called around for Misty at some point over this weekend. My question is whether or not he caught up with her.

When they finally hooked back up I highly doubt that everything was peachy king, kwim?

Whisp, I'm starting to lean more towards something happening to Haleigh Sunday night. The fight between JO and Ron was supposedly Sunday night.
How would TN and Misty know about this, if neither one of them were there? Or were they? I could see Ron calling his mom before, during, and after a fight and moma coming to his rescue armed with other relatives ready for battle.

We don't know if Misty and Ron hooked back up on Sunday but something tells me they did. Misty said there was a fight over a gun that night. Ron denies it. TN says there was a fight that night. Ron denies it. TN says Misty and Ron sat up all Sunday night "talking". How would she know, if she was not there?

Maybe all of them were together Sunday night "talking".

If you search the threads there is a copy of a portion of the document that has been posted that shows a date of 2/4/09 IIRC. The date on the court docket is not the date the motion was filed.

It has been consistently stated that the fight happened 2 weeks or so before Haleigh went missing - other articles state it happened during his visit.

That has always bothered me. Would it be safe to assume that the boat was used that weekend? IMO, that's why LE took the boat in for inspection. I find it very odd that they took his boat for inspection and drained a pond, collecting several items of interest. To me, boats and ponds go together. Did Ron take his boat up there that weekend? I'm just throwing things out there.
 
If anyone has a link handy about RC boat being taken it would be great if they could post it. I have searched and searched and all I can find is rumors about a boat being taken and then some correcting the rumors and saying it wasn't actually a boat taken at all from RC property that it was a small boat a searcher was using.
 
Busy would you point me to that document with the Feb 4 date? That is odd to say the least that the court doc says Feb 10. I am just suspicious of anything tn puts out there, if she was the one that released it...
