The weekend BEFORE Haleigh went missing-revisited

Let me search for it I believe Ath has posted it a few times.

Busy would you point me to that document with the Feb 4 date? That is odd to say the least that the court doc says Feb 10. I am just suspicious of anything tn puts out there, if she was the one that released it...

Haven't found a copy of the doc that was posted yet but here is an article with regards to it

A motion was filed by the state's Department of Revenue on Ronald Cummings' behalf against Sheffield for contempt. It was dated February 3rd, a week before Haleigh disappeared.

A hearing was set for Sheffield for March 27.

Ronald Cummings, Haleigh's father, told First Coast News he received a copy of the document about the hearing the day before Haleigh vanished. Cummings appeared frustrated about the timing of the document's arrival and his daughter's disappearance.

Sheffield's mother, Marie Griffis, said her daughter did not want to discuss the issue

On this article is a copy of part of the doc showing the date but I can't figure out how to copy it and make it clear enough to read.

If that motion was filed on the 3rd then it makes sense that it was put on calendar on the 10th and then mailed out. Two inches of the document is not enough to see the entire motion.

Just because rc says something happened, does not make it fact. Just because rc says he received mail on the 9th doesn't mean CS received mail on the 9th. The interpretation of this motion is inaccurate, I suspect. The court put it on dockets on the 10th. That is the day of record and I suspect the motion was filed on the 3rd and it took the courts a week to put it on calendar.

I think somebody close to the family sent that little piece of info of about a piece of a corner of paper out there about the filing. Otherwise, the entire document would be there to view and we would likely see that it was a motion filed by state attorney for the case to move forward. I hate to be the bearer of bad news repeatedly but my antennae are way up again. Let's see the entire filing not a small piece of the corner of a page.

Anyway, I don't think this motion has anything with CS perhaps killing Haleigh. Even in the unlikely event CS got the paperwork before the court set the date, how did she pull off the abduction? This scenario is a deflection of the case in hopes somebody will buy the absurdity.

If it was mailed on the 10th then RC wouldnt of received it on the 9th. There is always a lag when entering on the court dockets. I have no doubt in my mind that the document was received by Crystal before Haleigh went missing. Not gonna spend a bunch more time searching but I believe there is also another article where KP or Marie discussed Crystal receiving it the Thursday before Haleigh went missing. In time the documents can be ordered and it will show receipt of service on Crystal.

Haven't seen anyone mention Crystal killing Haleigh. The newspaper is the one that obtained the document, states what the document is and put that portion up on their site. I realize you don't believe a thing when RC name is mentioned and thats fine, but I doubt he controls the media and how they interpret documents they obtain from the courts.

The media gets it wrong. They print what people say just like LE does on incident reports.

You haven't seen anyone suggesting CS killed Haleigh just some think she abducted her....er..where is Haleigh. Are you or others suggesting CS has her safe and sound?

I would suggest the newspaper got it through a family member. Why not print the document? Why just a corner of it? It is not wise to take what the newspaper writes without the source named.

I am quoting your post again because you edited after I responded.

I don't believe anyone has suggested Crystal killed Haleigh. Because some theories do not match your theory does not make them absurd or any less valid then your theories. I believe everyone is just trying to figure out what happened to Haleigh and tossing things around and deflection doesnt come into play - who knows what really happened to Haleigh may be a theory not one poster has thought of or posted.

Deflection comes into play big time, when it involves tn, rc or misty.

Well, for those who believe CS took her, where do they think Haleigh is. Are they suggesting an Ivory Tower somewhere? It is eleven months, there is not much, if any chance of Haleigh being alive, I am sad to say. Someone harmed Haleigh. rc and misty have lied...that makes them look guilty.

I don't believe Crystal took Haleigh or was involved in the plan to take Haleigh.
Everyone in this case has lied so they all look guilty IMO

I am surprised you think everyone has lied, as I thought you didn't believe TN would lie.

Never said TN hasn't lied - I said I didn't believe she lied about her address or occupation. In fact if you go back thru my post you will see I have pointed out a few of her discrepencies. I just don't believe this is some big coverup conspiracy plan by the Cummings family and everything about them printed or comes from their mouth is a lie.

If you search the threads there is a copy of a portion of the document that has been posted that shows a date of 2/4/09 IIRC. The date on the court docket is not the date the motion was filed.

...........and I still don't know how one draws a line to this document and a plan being hatched to devise the disappearance of ONE child to whom this document pertains and not both children. Further, that in the moments from delivery to disappearance, this plan could be so brilliant that nary a hair of this child is found anywhere, ever again.

It takes a lot less mental gymnastics to say that whatever happened to Haleigh, happened in the presence of her primary caregiver, and while Crystal is no stand-up mother, she is not responsible for the actual disappearance of her child, nor any harm that may have come to her prior or after this disappearance. Crystal will have to live with the horrible truth that she fell down on her job as parent, and as a result, one is missing and one probably irreparably mentally harmed by it.

As she works through the unavoidable guilt, I hope she finds a way to come out the other side a much better parent to the children in her life.

I was just going through some of the media links/articles and found this:

PUTNAM COUNTY, Fla. -- Lindsy Croslin is step-sister to Misty last thought to see Haleigh Cummings alive.

Lindsy told Action News the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office contacted her Thursday and asked her to come in for an interview sometime Friday morning. Late Thursday night, the FBI came knocking on her door to ask her about the timeline of events that happened the night Haleigh disappeared. She says they specifically asked her about the four hours leading up to the time Haleigh’s father called 911 to report his daughter missing.“The FBI, they just asked me about my timeline again,” Lindsy told Action News. “I guess there’s a four hour period I guess they can’t get. And of course I don’t know. It’s before three o’clock I know that.”

Lindsy tells us she was questioned for awhile Thursday night by FBI agents.

“They were just asking me questions about the night Haleigh came up missing. Just wanted me to go through my whole timeline. From Sunday till Tuesday,” said Lindsy.

Deputies confirmed with Action News on Thursday night Hank Jr. was questioned in relation to Haleigh’s disappearance. Deputies would not say what they asked him or if any of the questions led to a break in the case.

Lindsy Croslin is standing by her husband and believes he knows nothing about Haleigh’s disappearance.

“It doesn’t make me angry that they have him in there questioning him because even if he wasn’t in there, in jail, they’d still be questioning us.

They asked Lindsy about Sunday, AFTER they interviewed Hank Jr. Why did LE ask her about Sunday? I think something happened Sunday and it led to whatever happened to Haleigh Monday. I also find it odd that police spoke with several inmates AFTER talking to Hank Jr. That's when we started to hear about overdoses, Haleigh being dead, and LE draining a pond, finding several items of interest. All of this is tied in together I just can't put my finger on it.

It has been consistently stated that the fight happened 2 weeks or so before Haleigh went missing - other articles state it happened during his visit.

GRACE: Back to Teresa, the grandmother of little Haleigh. What have you heard about an alleged argument regarding a gun? That gun later found in the ditch? TERESA NEVES, GRANDMOTHER OF MISSING 5-YR-OLD, HALEIGH CUMMINGS: There was a gun that was found in the ditch. There was no fight. The gun incident was two weeks before Haleigh`s disappearance. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0902/20/ng.01.html

I watched Misty’s mother, Tommy and wife Lindsay give private investigator Williams Staubs a yard tour, showing him a drainage pipe under the driveway where they claim Joe stashed a gun he’d allegedly stolen from Ronald; Joe declined to comment. http://www.artharris.com/2009/10/05/exclusive-inside-the-haleigh-cummings-family-feud/

The Croslins say about two weeks before Haleigh disappeared, Joe and Haleigh's dad, Ronald Cummings, had an issue over a gun. "He stole Ronald's gun. One morning, on the porch, said, Ronald will get what's coming to him. It was dropped, he left and Haleigh was gone," says Lisa Croslin. http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/news-article.aspx?storyid=132845

Neves said "Joe" and Ronald Cummings got into a fight over a gun during his visit, and that the cousin left town the same day Haleigh disappeared. But Cummings denies that fight ever happened
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,498704,00.html

ETA: There is also an article out there that I haven't found again that talks about the fight was words and no physical altercation. I will do some searching of threads and see if I can find the article again if necessary.

Busy I don't know what to believe.

http://www.firstcoastnews.com/news/l...131661&catid=3

snip~SATSUMA, FL -- Family members of Ronald Cummings say he got into a fight with another man over a gun one day before his daughter disappeared.

A relative told First Coast News Cummings accused the other man of stealing a gun. The relative could not remember the name of the man or where the fight happened.

The relative said the man disappeared the next day and the gun was found in a ditch.

No word on the type of gun, but on the night Haleigh disappeared, Cummings told responding deputies he had a 9 mm Beretta handgun and would kill the person who had taken his child.~ end

And of course, there was Misty, finding that gun either the day before, or the day of, the night Haleigh disappeared.

What happened that weekend that set LE off to figure this mess out?

I think that one or both of these players were in a very serious state of mind. LE is looking for proof of how they got in the condition they were in. Haleigh may have paid the price due to their emotional difficulties. Their physical condition may have been impaired and rc and misty really do not have any accurate recall of Sunday and Monday. One or both may have been drunk or in a drug haze. They don't even recall the fight with JO or if so, they have no clue on time. I believe rc hid guns and drugs before LE arrived at the mh. I believe JO showed up there either Sunday or Monday. I think JO may have taken rc's gun to protect his cousin misty from being hurt by rc and his temper. JO still may have that gun. rc hid or somebody else stashed his other gun at Tommy's, along with his illegal meds.

I also believe rc called tn way before he said. I will be very surprised if he was at work for more than three hours. I still would like to hear from the school and the teacher to establish the story of her arrival. How in the world could Haleigh have got their on time if what misty said is true. They all would have had to be awake around 6:00am to handle that morning.

Nope, didn't happen the way it was told. I do not think Haleigh was there on Sunday night. And frankly I have my doubt about monday.

BBM

If this is true, it could explain why rc was driving recklessly through Haleigh's bus stop that Monday morning. Instead of going to ggma's to get Haleigh's shirt she wanted, maybe he was going there to pick up Haleigh. By the way he was driving, if she was there, she was going to be late to school. JMO

And of course, there was Misty, finding that gun either the day before, or the day of, the night Haleigh disappeared.

And guess who told her where to look? RON. How would he know where the gun was if he didn't put it there himself? Or did someone tell him where it was like maybe Hank or Timmy?

Where can I find out when Misty found the gun.
