Last night when she was acquitted I couldn't help think how funny it would be is she was to star in one of those "kinky" sex movies and the number of ppl who would buy it just to see her in pain (not saying I would, just there would be a market for it).

Cheney Mason is one of the rudest, arrogant and unprofessional lawyers I have ever seen. Mr. Baez is one of luckiest because his laziness is quite apparent. Marketing is his specialty, not law. I sincerely hope we never have to witness another case that involves him.

I would hope Mason retires. With OJ, I made an effort to find out how he was supporting himself and boycotted any manufacturer of products he endorsed.
I would do this something with both Baez and Mason.

I agree with you on Mason's behavior, slamming the media and giving the finger.

Jose was doing his job putting on a vigorous defense. He went above and beyond. Do I believe his defense was in good faith? Hell no! IMO He did great with his ipad, colorforms, and phony smile. It worked, his client gets to walk. His words to the media after were appropriate. He handled it with professionalism....right up till he partied like a rock star.

The jurors chased red herrings and lost their way. It's really that simple.

I can't believe I just defended Jose.....but I do respect the JOB defense attorneys do. I'll never understand HOW they do what they do....But I can't understand who would want to be a proctologist either.

Yup. I predict she'll commit another serious crime (maybe another murder, but I'm seeing something like grand theft) and still spend much of her adult life in jail.

The worst part is, now she'll have an opportunity to victimize someone else. I'm sure she's already got quite a repertoire of 'crocodile tears' over how innocent and unjustly persecuted she is. :innocent:

Do you think she can sue the state for keeping her incarserated for so long ? Hopefully JP will give her at least a 4 year sentence for her lies. that way she won't get out of jail on Thursday. She'll have another few months before she gets out. Where is she going to go? I doubt she can stay with Mom and Dad. If the A's are getting death threats can you imagine if ICA is there?

I predict that when she gets desperate enough she will consider it seriously. I sadly think the money will probably roll in for her for a while, interviews, books, tv and movie rights offers but hopefully by this time next year she will be as desperate as Octomom and consider doing things that she may not consider right now.

I believed before and I believe now, Casey is a threat to everyone she encounters. Her rage! I believe she is dangerous.

Like OJ and Juran, Karma will get her. It's not in her nature to be a law-abiding citizen. Model prisoner when she locked in her own little cell, yes. Mingling with other people, no. How many times did she display her rage and anger in court? She's already gotten away with murder and now knows how to do it.

Her Phylosophy would be "ICA was found innocent" so there must be someone else out there who killed Caylee. I would not trade places with Miss Anthony for a million bucks, not even for 10 million bucks. If the sentiments on these threads are any indication, she will never be able to live a normal life. She will have very limited ability to enjoy any money she might make off this case because she will encounter hate most anywhere she goes.

IMO, the news media are no better than the Anthony clan. HLN, CNN, have made enormous profits off this case due to ratings & advertising revenue. Nancy Grace reports almost 24/7 and spews all manner of lies to keep viewers hooked, all the while sitting on her high horse as though she does what she does only out of the goodness of her heart.

I think the minimum is 1 year each count. Max is 5 years each count. For lying to LE about the wereabouts of a dead child deserves at least the max. jmo

I looked and was unable to find a thread about this. The worst part, for me, about her acquittal is that she is now free to make money off of the death of her daughter. She is free to do movie deals, books, etc. We all know she isn't much capable of having a normal and hard working life (she couldn't even before this awful crime). Now she doesn't have to. She is 'famous' and will make the most of it. Sweet Caylee....I keep saying to myself 'it's ok, she doesn't care. She is in the arms of Jesus, she is happy, and she is truely and unselfishly loved like she has never been'. But truely I am so incredibly let down by the American judicial system.
