My post was not clear sorry. Ron and misty went to GGs house in the morning of the 9th and maybe GGS thought that she should collect all of HaLeigh clothes that day and was bringing them over that evening at 7 something. The trip after he left work was a duty call? what are you speaking about. The trip to the convienance store a call of duty?

Duty call....I guess you can tell I am not up on my slang....lol. I should have said call of duty. Meaning a requested status check by RC because he couldn't get Misty to answer her phone.

MY BOLD....that's too big of a maybe for me. But you are certainly entitled to your opinion. All GGS said (that we know of) is that she was dropping off clothes. She didn't even say kids clothes. I still believe there was a different purpose than the clothes. RC and GGS and TN wouldn't want the public to know she was checking up on Misty because she is supposed to be a great mother figure to the kids and that is the perception that they wanted us to have. I submit that if the fight was mentioned by anyone of them it would ruin the perfect home and throw suspicion Misty and Ronalds way. Because we all know that when two adults are fighting on the same day....within hours of a missing child....it might not look so good. All just my observations.

I just want to add that I believe that this family...meaning on the Cummings side.... has been on the defensive since this started, not because I think Ronald or Misty did something to Haleigh....but because we need only go back and read all the family court records and see there has been disputes in the past. Ronald had custody, in my opinion they didn't want to jeopardize that. Hence the "mother of the year" in the beginning and the suspicious , unsure family members right now. I have no idea about the whole bricking of the door deal, but if LE are suspicious about Misty's action that night she might have been elsewhere and got in right before RC got home and panicked. I don't know....I just know that RC seemed to be the type of parent to do whatever was necessary to keep his children with him.Or perhaps I am talking out of my behind....

ETA I do not think Ronald had anything to do with Haleigh disappearance, I want to hold tight to the hope that Misty is the one with all the secrets and Ronald wasn't the person that helped with a cover-up

Like you said we are entitled to our opinion and it is not productive to argue, but good to keep discussing the relevant facts.
Please, feel free to put me on your ignore list if if my opinion is offensive

I thought we were throwing out theories and discussing the relevant facts... I was just giving you my opinion and I certainly do not expect you to have a light bulb moment while reading one of my posts. I am just expressing my opinion and thats that.

I haven't been a member here for too awful long but despite that I won't ever use the ignore switch. The day that I am so offended by someone's post because they have a different viewpoint from mine will be the day I move to a desert island. I am not trying to knock anyone who feels the need to use ignore...I just don't take offense when someone who doesn't personally know me picks apart something I say. It is very difficult to see someones mood or mindset while reading words on a computer screen. If you thought I was arguing with you I do sincerely apologize. I enjoy reading your posts even though we don't always agree. And that is the truth

I agree with you on the the ignor button and I do not (NO NEVER) use the alert button either. I was not thinking we where arguing ,but, after your post yesterday directed at me I was under the impression my opinion provoked you and I am not here for that.:blowkiss:

What about Jr. and what he has said.

okay I'll admit it I'm slow....I was watching the Alabama football game when the lightbulb went off....You meant Junior's bouncing couch...in my opinion all the more reason to turn the phone off. There aren't enough facts that we know of to assume without a doubt that Misty wasn't home.

Is it possible that someone bricked the back door for a quick getaway if Ronald showed up? Just brainstorming....

lol........absolutely no provoking whatsoever texasmommy. What I said I meant, I completely understand your convictions and where I believe your heart is and I admire your dedication. I have been over so many theories in my head with this case that I confuse my own self sometimes....lol

Elle1919 I would think that Jr. shared with the profesional the activities he remembers taking place that day and evening and him mentioning anything that would discredit Misty would of definatly lead LE to a more agressive stance with Misty IMO.

If we just had a little more information. If we knew for sure that Misty was or was not home for example. If we knew that the back door had been picked/bumped/kicked in or the front door was locked. If the AC man was more talkative about when he was there and what/who he saw.

OT North Fulton County (GA) scanner channel is really hopping this evening. Lots of overdoses for some reason.

I think LE as a whole has learned a few things since the Caylee case, JBR case, and Maddy case...... That releasing details to the community only confuses the issue, and allows key elements of the crime to be known to every tom, dick, harry, and online sleuth.
Certain details are always kept secret, that only the perpetrator would know, which is often how they catch them out.

As frustrating as it is that LE, FBI etc are holding back on so much info, I do believe it will help the case, by eliminating all the people out for their 15 mins, and keeping all the players in the dark about which direction the investigation is headed.

It seems the more high-profile the case, and the more details that are released, the less the chances are of getting an eventual conviction for the guilty party.
IMO , A guilty perp is more likely to make a confession when the whole world isn't watching and judging them.

Yes, we the public have a right to know. But we are sure to know in due time. There are sooooooo many people wanting to help solve this crime, but it can't be at the expense of justice for a murdered/abducted child. Our frustration at wanting to know the details is insignificant.(believe me- I am frustrated too!)

What is important is finding Haleigh and all the other missing children, and getting justice for them and ensuring the perp can never commit the same, or any other crime again.

It's certainly a lesson in patience , if nothing else.

Gracenote, If we just had a little more information, is right.

IF we knew if Misty was home when arguing with R.at 9:30 on the cell phone.
Did M. cut her cell phone off and storm out of the house because of the argument?
Was the phone cut off so she would not be traced by the 'pings'? Why!

IF we knew what the argument was 'really' about.
Was the 9:30 phone call 'really' to get their 'story' straight?

So many questions with no answers!

I was searching the Astrology forum library and found this link/ There is a forensic Astrologer that had a theory about Misty and what happened that night.
She goes hour by hour of that night and what she read from the chart what happened.
http://forensicastrology.blogspot.com/2009/05/haleigh-ann-marie-cummings.html

Very interesting read/

this is very interesting and encouraging. I would be interested in knowing if a chart has been done more recently and if so what does it show now. I wonder is it still shows Haleigh is alive, etc. Does anyone have this information? tia

Given what we know now, this is the only one that makes sense to me. I have thought Ron had some involvement for months now, but since I read the VSA and the polys and what LE knows about what Misty is lying about, I don't think Ron is involved. I really think she left the kids alone or had someone else checking on them. I do believe the MH was staged for Ron's benefit and LE's. If she was watching Tommy's kids, it doesn't make sense he was the one looking in on them. But he or the cousin would know that the kids were alone, because Misty was at Tommy's house. So this needs more tweaking, but I feel it may be the right track. But tomorrow something could come out that blows this all away.

Tommy.
Does he live in the house where the "other 911 call" came in about in the same time frame as Misty/Ron's?
Tommy.
Is this where Cousin Joe was visiting?
Tommy.
His name sure comes up a lot in this missing child case. :waitasec:

I am saying that it must of not been noticeable until LE was in the home to do an investigation. IT would seem logical that they where working off a theory or evidence found so what do we know that has been revealed to us since that time that would lead us to believe they where looking in those areas for drugs and or illeagal items or a harmed or dead HaLeigh?

Not to be heartless here, but IMO LE was looking for Haleigh's body in an obvious hiding space just large enough to hold someone that size.

Seems that would have been SOP for a missing child.

It would also make sence for GGS to bring over some of the clothes that she had so Ron would not have to get up and take HaLeigh to get the clothes that she wanted to wear? HMMM more info gives us more clues as to why things happened.

Sounds reasonable.

Being a grandma to three, I know dirty clothes get left here all the time during visits.
I wash them and sometimes return them myself.

IMO that isn't an off the wall reason to 'stop by' at all.

You saying that triggered a memory for me.

Wasn't it said at the start of this case there were some hand-me-down clothes taken to Ron's that day/afternoon/evening? Maybe in a garbage bag??
Mentioned by TN??? IIRC...

That could also explain why Haleigh's Hanna Montana shirt was discovered in the dirty clothes later.
Maybe she found something she liked better and Misty didn't notice. :)

Anyone else remember that, or have I finally gone off the deep end?

I think Misty went out that night and she left the door propped open so she could get back in. Maybe the kids were told to keep the door locked at night or Misty didn't have her own keys... whatever the exact reason I believe it was Misty that put the brick there. I also believe that Misty doesn't know EXACTLY what happened to Haleigh but she does have some idea about who went into the trailer and took her. Regardless of what everyone thinks I see a bunch of losers (on both sides of Haleigh's family) where the kids just weren't a priority. Haleigh's mother on NG couldn't answer simple questions like what time school let out and what time she got off the bus. How many times a week did Crystal talk to her kids? I know more about my grandson and his daily life than Crystal did about Haleigh.

Did we every find out how many people had keys to their trailer? To that door lock? If Misty and all these family members shared the cars. Were the house key son the key ring as the Van or the Truck. The van with a scratch in it, kept at Timmys house? Where this SO cousin was staying? If the house key was on that key ring that would help explain why the door was unlocked. However, if misty propped the door open (assuming that she isn't lying about not harming HC) to go out or whatever, then that would also explain why someone could get in without breaking the lock.

Hi sttct! Good Morning!

Early on RC had stated that HE was the only one with a key to the mh. He did not give a key to MC. I had originally thought that MC had left that night and with knowledge from cousin JO, about his bricking of doors to do robberies, she did that and left the inside back door just cracked, so she had a way to get back inside, as it was shown on NG in the walk through, both doors close on their own, automatically.

I am just glad there is some sort of movement in the case. I still think the family knows what has happened. IMO
