Hi everyone! I’ve been doing a lot of reading and finally got my nerve up to post. I'm not sure what I'm doing yet so I hope I'm doing it right.

I have some insight I would like to share with you all. I went back and forth with this whole thing, is Casey alive or not and have finally come full circle and thinking she might still be alive. I have many reasons for believing this. Over the course of this case without going into detail on here what I observed, the beginning of August, I thought I saw Caylee with RED HAIR walking in a remote location with a Hispanic woman and actually called in the tip to “crimeline”. I heard them call her by name “Caylee” several times over the course of a month and a half. I was told the local authorities would check it out. However they never did follow up with me and every time I called to get an update on the tip, I was told there is an ongoing investigation to find the missing child and do I have anything to add. Well, yeah! She’s gone now!!! Ever since the Padilla family bailed her out and then Cindy stating she’s either in Texas, PR, Mexico I haven’t seen or heard anything! If this was indeed Caylee they have moved her I believe. This could all be a coincidence, but with everything I have observed my gut feeling says no.

Then after listing to this Judge Napolitano yesterday stating the leaks with the evidence may be not be true, there is the possibility that Casey is still alive.

Welcome to WS:) The only thing I can think of is that they are following up on tips and not releasing any info about it? Or, sadly, they are not following up on tips and just don't care:(

Thanks for posting the link to the judge. I think LE is being strategic about the information they release, like he said. I think that's their job. So I also think it's impossible for so many to conclude Caylee is not alive based on the limited information that's been released. How are we concluding that when LE hasn't even said that publicly?
 
This seems to be a recurring theme with the tips.
There have been a few people that have claimed to see Caylee or have information that just never got followed up.
Is this the tip that Cindy was referring to last week?

Any possible connection at all between CA and N? Fusian, etc?
 
I had nooo idea where to put this post but this topic was as close as I could come.
This is a long post...my apologies. But because of a recent experience with a tow yard I wanted to share.

My daughter, the one who hasn't 'found herself yet' at the age of 32, has just had an experience with the local tow company so I thought I would post it here as 'just something to ponder'.

Daughter, (an exact duplicate of Mallory on the show Family Ties from the 80's) was late with her car registration.
Daughter was, again, also broke.
She gave me her IPod in exchange for a check for her registration.
(I make sure I have something of hers that is valuable to her before I bail her out of necessary situations...necessary is the car so she can get to her job. She pays me back, I give her back her valuable).

She sent the check, I got it on my bank statement online that it was posted/cashed.

DMV contacted daughter that she was 'late' and there would be a warrant.

Daughter spent 2 hours at DMV straightening out the problem.

Daughter put all the paperwork (printout of posted check, paperwork, etc.) proving her registration was paid, on her passenger front seat.
She was to wait two weeks for her car tags.

Three days later neighbor told us (while we weren't home) that a sheriff car and tow truck were at daughter's car while it was parked across the street, legally.
Sheriff looked through glove compartment then had tow truck tow car to impound lot that is used by the local sheriff's dept.

Daughter had gotten paid the day before her car was towed and as she always has (because she's realized if she doesn't she won't have money for gas the day before payday.), filled up her tank.

Through a lot of paperwork, we got the car, had to pay impound fees even tho the information about the registration screw-up was right on the front seat!

I start to follow daughter home and she pulls into a gas station.
I get out of my car, ask what is wrong.
She said "Here's my receipt for the gas. I filled up the day before they towed my car and now it's on empty!"

Not accusing the tow yard of emptying daughter's gas tank, but....
Isn't that possible? It could happen to just about anyone, right?

I've not been able to find any connections other than they both visited that park. Nicole was 4 years older and married. They both just seemed to be at very different places in their lives at that time, so I can't see them being friends.
This probably doesn't mean anything and I don't want to sound racist in any way, but Nicole was hispanic and Casey did have a lot of hispanic friends. She could have found out something about Nicole's murder from a close friend.


And please, anyone that tells me I'm reaching, I'm very aware of that, but I still try to think of possible scenarios.

No, I never called Cindy and I'm not in Dallas, but close enough where Caylee was going back and forth.
 
From the very beginning my husband thought she witnessed a murder and the murderers took her child. Come to find out there was a lady murdered in Blanchard Park
Park (where she told Lee she lost her phone) on June 9, 2008. That's the original date the Anthony family gave police as to the last date they saw Caylee. Did George Anthony last see his granddaughter Caylee on June 16, 2008? Or June 6, 2008 as the Search Warrant states?
Tony the boyfriend said he last saw Caylee on June 2. The guy Clint who lived with Tony, who Greta interviewed says he knows he saw Caylee the week of June 9th also saying Caylee NEVER spent the night with them. Something is definitly amiss with Clint and Tony. Not only did Clint live with Tony, they were partners in their business. Clint moved out July 1.
Then the guy Nate who also lived with Tony said on Nancy Grace last night that Caylee always spent the night. Hummmm,something very fishy to me there. Also on NG Rob Dick the bounty hunter said Casey told him he she left Casey at Blanchard park with Zenaida and her older sister Samatha and their children. Could this group of Casey’s friends be involved somehow with the Ladies murder on June 9th? This could also explain the dead body smell in her car if they made it look like she did it putting remains in her car. It's a possibility!

Yep, absolutely.
I owned a towing company for 8 years and every so often, I'd have problems with either a bad employee or teenagers jumping the fence separating our impound lot from some apartments either stealing gas or parts.
Even though we had cameras, you really can't see much at night and as long as there were no dogs or someone else there to witness it, the thieves got away scot free.

I didn't hear Cindy say a Farm.... but there is a Farmers Branch near Dallas. DFW Metroplex is huge and many Counties in between. I'm in the DFW Metroplex but not in Dallas.

Note: I did not observe Caylee daily, but noticed activity like every other week. That's why I believe Caylee was going back and forth within the Metroplex. I saw her being dropped off every other week or so it seemed.

When Cindy stated the end of August about tip in Dallas, TX, my husband and I looked at each other and said Oh my Gosh! Could it of really been her?
