its a shame someone in the area couldn't go to the addy the woman gave. not to go inside or anything just to check out the area and see if its as was describe. if i'm not mistaken she said it was an abandoned house, see if there is an abandoned house there.

It would be interesting to find out.

And my issue with this letter is if you TRULY have psychic abilities...can you really just turn them on and off at will?! And what does religion have to do with it--unless you become a Pagan?! And if you stopped due to religious reasons, why is THIS particular case an exception?

Sylvia Brown had been a mainstay on Montel Williams, Johnathan Edwards claims he "learned how" to be a psychic...I call shenanigans! Still think it's mostly coincidences, and lucky guesses.

Like why do psychics ALWAYS say a body will be found in, on, around or near water?! Pretty much narrows it down to about 9/10ths of the world (if you count oceans, rivers, lakes, ponds, dams, streams, creeks, rain puddles, and even tears!) And if they really had a vision...why can't they be more specific or lead someone to the exact spot? Why are their spirit guides so cryptic?

What do you mean by this question?

I think the bible says something about false prophets, so that may be why some would call the religious reason thing, and I think Muslims have the same thing in the Koran.

I am by no stretch of the imagination a religious scholar so take that with a grain of salt.

Maybe they want to help?

i thiink she is basically saying why dont the spirtis just tell them where they are ? instead of dropping hints ? at least that is what i gather lol

I'm not psychic, but I have definitely had psychic moments over the years. It just happens out of the blue.

Usually I avoid discussion of religion but since you asked.. for Christians they follow the bible that states "do not consult fortune tellers" In Christianity the belief is that because God holds the future we don't need to worry about it.
I am simply ANSWERING YOUR QUESTION. I AM NOT STATING MY VIEWS.

NO ARGUMENT. JUST AN ANSWER THAT MAY GIVE YOU INSIGHT AS TO WHAT THE WOMAN WHO MADE THAT STATEMENT MEANT.

What I mean...she said unless you become Pagan. That makes no sense, as Pagans tend to be more open to matters of the psychic nature, where as, like you said TechincalConfusion, the Bible would be against such matters. Essentially.

As far as the religion thing, I am a muslim and given the region of origin, turkey, it is highly likely the poster and her husband are Muslim too. Fortune telling and the like are specifically forbidden in Islam, and doing so for profit would be an especially severe sin. It is believed that doing things that are forbidden for money will cause serious problems with family health and/or wealth. For example maybe you earn 100,000 dollars fortune-telling, then your child may get sick with hospital bills amounting to 250,000 dollars. The dollar amounts are not important, just using as an example.

Thank you for that insight, SuddenlyObsessed.

Your welcome, at least i can contribute with something. hehe My mind is consumed with this case, I've been trying to wait for that "ah ha" moment where it all comes together but sadly, that may just be a false hope unless Casey opens her mouth which is seemingly not going to happen.

A) I don't think many of the psychics (like this one) go to LE first because they are afraid/have experience that LE will not take them seriously - and if they feel like their "information" is vetted at a place like this, if some of it starts turning out to be true then they will have "support" to say to LE SEE, they believe me.

B) About psychics, I think there are SO MANY people in the world that just by probability someone will guess something that happens. If 2 or 3 times something I dream about happens, what about the other thousands of dreams I have. AND you dream usually about things that are pretty "realistic" - things you are thinking about, or your daily routine. Its not wild to think you'd dream about something that COULD happen to you - and then it does.

I guess I'm just a big ole skeptic...but with crimes, anything that helps is useful. As long as it doesn't clog more accountable avenues of information

Heh...as your name says...suddenly obsessed...that is me, too. And I am sure I am dwelling on bits and pieces that are insignificant...but...I can't stop myself!

I think there are plenty of con artists out there, but the fact that this was sent anonymously and nobody is seeking money, makes it more legit. I know spiritually gifted people and not one of them would ask or accept payment to find a child. They believe it is a gift from God and their duty to assist if asked.
If someone actually makes money from a situation like this, they certainly are not using their gift,as God intended.

I never posted here but I have been lurking around awhile and reading. Someone posted about the woman contradicting herself about the husband and sister in law. Well I noticed something she stated contradicting herself that hasn't been mentioned.

My sister in law told me last night that she feels that Caylee will be found in the coming week. Honestly, I don't think so, but you just never know.

How are we suppose to believe anything her sister in law says if she herself thinks her visions aren't accurate?

BTW, I do believe everyone has some psychic ability, intutition, or a third eye, some are just more in tune with their ability than others. As far as communication with dead spririts, I believe that is possible also and some are good wanting to help and others are evil and liars. That is the reason we are suppose to stay away from spirit guides (as the bible warns us) because one never really knows if they are contacting something demonic or evil. If someone happened upon a dead guide that while living had the same personality on earth as Casey Anthony presently does, the spirit would be playing games and spitting out lies.

I don't believe in psychic ability, and I have very dim views of it when it works its way into a case. I won't go into the content of the anonymous posting because I respect WC: she posted it, not allowing replies and straight-out says that no bashing will be done.

With that said, I will say that I am very shocked to find a sticky promoting someone's "psychic" information and feel that in doing so it is opening up a can of worms on WS. Never would I have ever thought that "psychic" information would be upheld and protected in the form that it is being done in the sticky... I am left utterly baffled by that.

I recognise that WC said no bashing and that was defintely not my intent when I started this thread. I do think it is inevitable that somewhere along the line, there might be bashing...this can be true of any thread posted here. However, discussion was my only intent.

FWIW, I do believe in psychic experiences. I have had them myself, and my very conservative son had one when he was about 10 years old that was definitely across time and space, about the death of a child he really didn't know.

My son is quite psychic, but never ever has discussed this with anyone, and would never do so. He is a West Point graduate, near the top of his class, now retired from his army service, and in business for a major corporation.

The reasons are as said above, these are gifts from God, and not to be used for public attention or fame. And, if these are from God, they come to individuals at His time and choosing, and for his own reasons, which we cannot know.

Psychic ability isn't, in my opinion, under our control, but under His. So we have no way of knowing when it will come, why it comes, and whether it will ever come again.

That said, I do not discount Windchime's posts. Waiting to see if these prove accurate is all we need to do.

I too wish for the "ah ha" moment or moments that would allow me to make sense of all of this (or at least some of it). It just seems to get more confusing as more players enter the picture. I guess that is good for a perpetrator -- keep them guessing, put a bit of truth in with the lies, waste time, discredit the truth seekers.

I wouldn't be surprised if Casey gets her own reality show before this is all over.
:prayer:

I absolutely agree with you and don't understand why so many posters here want to tear this person apart for simply passing on information which she feels could be helpful.

After all, she gave an exact address which can be easily checked out!

Also, I was interested in that picture of Casey with the tattoo guy (had never seen it before). Do we know who he is?

Yes! That is what I mean! They're no better than Casey!
