Hopefully Cassidy is getting the love and support she needs from the others in that family. I know they know in their hearts who killed Michelle and the unborn child.

I read, in one of the threads here, that JY was still working and was selling the house. If I remember correctly he reportedly was living with his parents.

I don't know how that site in particular works, but most "sharing" sites have a "share this" button next to your upload. It usually has a URL that you can post here in a comment and we can click on to listen to it.

LOL at my own pc-challenges!!! Hope that helps!!
 
Ok, I give up!

I have the 911 call.
It's been saved into a file at mediamax.com.

I don't know what else to do to share this.

I wonder if they are having problems at their site because the error msg I get is:
Permission denied: Read request denied.
 
Sweet - this is really weird. I got the 911 last week and I put it in my favorites. I can view it any time. BUT when I tried to paste the link here - it wouldn't work. Said I needed Quick Time. So I installed quick time and now I can view the link here. I know squat about computers as well. See if you can get this:

Wow, that worked for me! I don't think I can listen to it today though. It breaks my heart.

ETA: I ended up listening to it and I forgot how irritated I was at the EMS guy on the other end!! We probably could have heard so much more as Meredith was asking all the right questions of Cassidy. I'm sure Cassidy told all she knew to Meredith later anyway.

You're welcome Taxi!:blowkiss: Not very often I can help out with computer technicalities, so I'm just so happy to help out for once. hehe.

I know what you mean about the operator. When I first heard that, I thought...well, I won't say what I thought. But...after listening to it a few times, the guy didn't know for sure she was dead and he was ready to give her CPR instructions. He did order an ambulance for the home right at the beginning when he got the address. I'll be the ambulance arrived when Meredith was still on the phone to the Sheriff's dept.

I agree with you that Cassidy had a lot to say. How anyone can criticize Meredith for the way she handled that, is way beyond me. I think she did an absolute amazing job considering she had Cassidy there and she was trying to remain calm for her as well. What a horrible situation for her to be in. What this guy did to Michelle, her daughter and her sister is totally evil.

Every time I've listened to the 911 call, I am in amazement at the fact that so many people are saying Meredith doesn't sound upset, etc., or that the entire call sounds hokey. I just can't get over that!
To me, poor Meredith really sounds scared, on the verge of shock, heck, on the verge of just plain liosing it!

God love her. I think she only stayed strong and ' together ' for little Cassidy's sake!

Every time I listen to it, my stomach knots up and my heart breaks for Meredith and for Cassidy.

So sad!

Thanks for posting the 911 call, Jilly. I don't know how Meredith handled this situation. I think that I would have screamed my head off. She is obviously upset but trying to maintain control because of Cassidy. Jason is certain a for putting Meredith and his baby in this situation.

I totally agree. She was trying to maintain some control in an uncontrollable situation. By her reaction it kept the baby from more trauma then she was already experiencing.

I would bet that the trauma to Meredith is ongoing though especially since there is no resolve "yet" in this case.

Your welcome Sweet. It is really sad. I just get a big wave of goosebumps & tears well up. I can't imagine being in her position.
