I wholeheartedly agree with both of you.
Brings to mind the case of the Canadian billionaire Marco Muzzo who, after drinking all night at his bachelor party in Florida, flew to Canada in a private jet.
He then got into his sports car and drove drunk (he was drinking on the plane as well) and killed all three little children and their grandfather from one family.

Tiger could have hit and killed anyone - people in a car or a cyclist or even a pedestrian.
Both of these men have incredible wealth and could easily have made the decision to have a private car pick them up.
It is astonishing and a blessing that Tiger didn't kill anyone.
