I am a member of this board and The people there will never steer you in the wrong direction or lie to you. They will honestly give you the answers you seek.

I beg to differ. Whenever a supporter goes on the Hoax they are treated abysmally. The language used on the Hoax even between the members is terrible. The Blackboard is more willing to allow nons to post there than the Hoax will allow supporters to post without extreme prejudice. That is why I have not and will not join the Hoax.

One reason I return to this board is that the admins will not allow personal attacks (like on the Hoax) and therefore both sides can civilly discuss the case. I think there are many lies posted on the Hoax as you and other nons think there are lies posted on the Blackboard. That is because this case excites passion in those who follow it closely. Remember, one man's lies is another man's truths.

What needs to be followed is the evidence, and no physical evidence of involvement by any of the WM3 has been put forth yet. We are all expressing opinions here, which is what is done on discussion boards. As to a supporter turning non, believe me, there is plenty of traffic on that street going the other direction, some pretty noteworthy, too.

Surely you jest. The BB is the only board I've seen ban folks for just for posting on a Non board (even fellow supporters). That speaks volumes to me.

The BB wants two things: justice for the three murdered little boys and justice for the three falsely imprisoned young men. If someone doesn't what those things, they might be banned. We have several fence sitters and nons who post on the BB. Occasionally people who have been hateful or who have gone to hateful sites and come back posting the venom from those sites might be banned, but the BB never mistreats people like is done at the Hoax. If they have to ban people to keep it that way, then more power to the BB!

I've never understood nons who post on supporter boards just to stir the pot. I also don't understand supporters who post on non boards. As I have said before, this board usually manages to allow both sides to post, and the admins will not allow the vitriol and gutter language permitted on the Hoax. For that I am eternally grateful.

I'm a Libra, so please forgive me - my scales keep going up and down. I still don't like the fact that they can't trace any DNA evidence back to the 3 from the crime scene. It's not like the duct tape wrapped around Caylee's head, that was later found to be the same type of rare duct tape found at the Anthony home.

I'm not convinced their guilty, yet I'm also not convinced their innocent either.

Interesting timeline here in reference to Terry Hobbs and his change in time of when he saw the boys and John Mark Byers.

16. Hobbs has claimed that the first time he met me was at 6:00 PM at Dana Moore's house when Dana, myself and Bobbs were looking for our children. He has claimed that at this time, 6 PM, I said I was going to call the police and report my son missing. Hobbs has also stated that he and his friend David Jacoby were searching Robin Hood Hills for the boys at 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM. Hobbs' statements are false.

17. In fact, I met Hobbs at my house at approximately 8:20 or 8:30 PM. I know it was 8:20 or 8:30 PM or so because: (1) Dana Moore had last seen the boys riding their bikes around 6:00 PM; and (2) I called the police to report Christopher missing around 8:08 PM. Simply put, I did not and Dana Moore did not even think the boys were missing at 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM. At 6:00 PM I was in the West Memphis courthouse picking up my son Ryan, who was testifying in a car wreck case. Officer Regina Meeks came over to my house to take the report after I called it in. Dana Moore, the mother of Michael Moore saw the polioe car and came over to my house to report her son missing as well. As Officer Meeks was leaving, Hobbs walked up.

Well there's a very simple explanation why people are treated so well at the BB. The BB is looking for supporters for cash/donations for the defense team. And donations are not going to come via a place with a lemon's flavor.

The Hoax board is surly to supporters because what supporters suggest flies in the face of logic.

There wouldn't even be an evidentiary hearing if there hadn't been a new judge, and he didn't know there was no physical evidence submitted in the original trial, making the defense's claim of new physical evidence meaningless.

Under a newish Arkansas law, an evidentiary hearing is supposed to be granted if DNA is involved that might exonerate (or at least cast doubt on) the conviction of an inmate. Burnett's failure to do so led to the unanimous decision by the Arkansas State Supreme Court that ordered the evidentiary hearing.

Again, the idea that the supporters' argument "flies in the face of logic" is your opinion. I happen to believe that the possibility that the WM3 are guilty of these murders flies in the face of logic. They have found no evidence that the WM3 committed these murders. All three have alibis. (Yes, I know that the alibis are provided by family and friends. However, like I've said before, if they were with family and friends, would you rather them lie and create a false alibi?) Just because the prosecutor was able to confuse some teens on the stand doesn't mean the alibis were false. It just means that the WM3 did not have adequate representation at the trials.

Maybe they should heed your affirmation that lemons don't provide the proper flavoring for a site which is trying to prove a point. BTW, I've never understood the purpose of boards like the Hoax. Supporter boards are trying to correct a miscarriage of justice. Just exactly what are non boards trying to do?

As I have said before, nons, while they might eventually be banned (usually for using abusive language), are never treated like that on the BB. No one is allowed to be treated like that here, either. It's just on non and neo supporter boards that you find that kind of vitriol.

I'm sorry, but the evidentiary hearing will happen in December. The truth will finally come out - all of it. Then we'll see if the WMPD will go with the evidence provided to them by the defense or go into their good ol' boy mode and refuse to arrest, prosecute and punish the real killer of these three little boys.

IMHO I wouldn't mind hearing a evidentiary hearing. What is there to lose really. I would like as much information as possible, and as of today I can't determine if the 3 are guilty or not. I've pretty much thrown out JM confession, as I really do believe that was given under pressure.

Looking forward to how this plays out, but above all, I do want justice for these precious boys. They seem to be the forgotten ones.

You do realize that Jessie made at least 4 confessions on record, one of which he swore to his own attorney on a Bible. His attorney taped that confession. It is not available on line, but the court has heard it. Dan Stidham, Jessie's attorney supplied the court with the tape of Jessie's confession in the Damien Echols Rule 37 hearing IIRC.

Fact: All of the WM3 had alibis for the afternoon and evening of May 5th.

Fact: Terry Hobbs has holes in his alibi for the evening of May 5th.

Fact: Jessie Misskelley has recanted his incriminating statements.

Fact: Vickie Hutchinson has said that all her statements were "a tissue of lies."

Fact: mtDNA that is a 97.5% match to Terry Hobbs was at the discovery ditch.

Fact: Damien Echols never confessed to LE nor did Jason Baldwin.

Fact: Dr. Perretti has never passed his certification examination.

Fact: The defense forensic pathologists (who have passed their certification examination) have called Perretti's findings into serious question.

Fact: "Dr." Dale Griffis got his doctorate from a diploma mill.

Fact: The Arkansas State Supreme Court voted unanimously to order an evidentiary hearing on this case because, in part, it was so terribly bungled by former Judge Burnett. (The main reason for the evidentiary hearing is, of course, the DNA found at the discovery ditch which Burnett refused to consider, just one example of his mishandling of this case.)

All of the above facts, plus my own research and analysis of this case, led me to believe that the WM3 are innocent of these crimes. Juries get it wrong sometimes. That's why we have an appeals process. Police can lie on the stand, too. That's why we need corroborating evidence along with testimony in order to be sure of the verdict in a case like this. With no corroborating evidence, I feel that any intelligent person would question these verdicts and want to find out the truth.

It is so strange that without joining boards, I have come to a conclusion that the WM3 are innocent.After having my own opinion of the case I then joined boards..I read and reread for months and came up with my own scenario and then did searches on boards to see if others had similar scenarios and thoughts about the case.
The points that disturb me the most is the confession of Jessie..Why did he confess? I then went in search of reasons why people confess and why do people give false confessions.I have my own thoughts why..
Another thing that bothers me is that 3 teens...inebriated..mind you..committed these murders in such a clean cut fashion and then still had transport to get out of there..3 teens that came from 3 different locations and so happened to stumble upon 3 kids in the woods..???
Another thing is the neat crime scene..3 inebriated teens managed to hide the clothes with sticks and leave no trace of footprints and blood at the crime scene..makes me think that the ditch was not the crime scene..and if that is so then the 3 teens must have had to move the bodies from the original crime scene..Oh and the kiddies had no mosquito bites on them only bad scrapes and a prominent mark left on one of them made by some kind of thin metal bar with x's..I wonder if there was a bar like that in the ditch..I don't think so..
3 drunken teens also neatly threw 2 bikes into the water quite a way away from the ditch where the bodies were found..
Another big point..watching a father being questioned and then cross referencing what he says just makes me gag..
Another thing..witnesses came forward to say that they saw a father with the boys before they disappeared and they are correct.They were not questioned around the time of the murders so they did not think they needed to surrender the info..
Oh boy I can go on and on..the knife was found after a few minutes of searching in the lake behind Baldwin's house..haha how so desperate can one official get??
Damien, Jessie and Jason were not represented like they should have been and I believe it's because they came from families that were not well off..
May some closure come soon.There is someone out there that knows the truth and someone following the case that has cracked it..May the truth be known...

1.They had no DL's so they walked into the woods.
2. D,J,J were known to hang out in RRH.... this was not some random thing were they all decided to show up at the same time, they were already in the woods when Stevie, Michael & Chris showed up.
3. By the time the bodies were found, It had already rained and the majority of the evidence was washed away.

Why did Jessie confess? Because he has a Conscience.

Or Jessie's dad wanted that $35, 000 reward and he falsely confessed. Which is more like it.

And Jerry Driver the probation officer also stated he told the police he thought they were involved, and said everyone had an opinion. He also gave them a list of juveniles and pointed them specifically out. A rush to judgement, imo.
