Friday, July 11, 2008.......Evening, Nancy Cooper and Brad and their two small children are reported to be at a neighborhood get together or informal cocktail party or as some said 'block party.'

8:00 p.m. Brad returned home with girls to put them to bed, Nancy stayed behind at the party.
Friday, July 11, 2008....AFTER 8:00 p.m., prior to Midnight,...Nancy had a serious conversation with neighbor/friend Damia Michelle Tabachow regarding the present state of her marriage. Husband Brad, according to Nancy and relayed in affidavit by Ms. Tabachow, was done being 'nice' as advised to do by his attorney, it was back to 'hate mode.'
Saturday, July 12, 2008....After 12:00 Midnight, Nancy was last seen by her friends and neighbors, as she left to return home.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...4:20 a.m. - Brad Cooper was video taped in a local grocery store purchasing laundry detergent.

Saturday, July 12, 2008...9:30 a.m. - Jessica telephoned the Cooper home, Brad answered and said Nancy went for a run with Carrie. NOTE: Brad normally did NOT answer the home phone.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...10:00 a.m. (approximate) Jessica attempted to contact Nancy again on her cell phone, no answer.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...10 - 10:30 a.m. - Brad claims Hannah Prichard called for Nancy. Brad explained Nancy was out having coffee and hed have her call back upon her return.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...10:45 - 11:00 a.m. - Brad claims Jessica Adam called and said Nancy was over an hour late, she was supposed to help paint at the Adam home.
Saturday, July 12, 2008..12:00 noon (approximate) Brad claims he began to worry because Nancy hadnt yet returned. Brad allegedly began calling Nancys friends for Carries phone number. No one knew it nor her last name.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...12:30 - 1:00 p.m. - Brad again contacted Jessica and said Nancy was still not back and asked her for Carries phone number. Jessica expressed concern for Nancy and offered to come watch the girls while he looked for her. Brad said he was immediately leaving and abruptly hung up the phone.
Saturday, July 12, 2008..1:00 p.m. (approximate) Brad had fed the girls lunch and placed them in the car to drive around to look for Nancy in her known routes.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...Shortly after 1:00 p.m....Upon her additional telephone conversation with Brad, a concerned Jessica Adam had an uneasy feeling for her friend Nancy and she proceeded to call the hospital to be sure Nancy had not been admitted on an emergency.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...1:51 p.m. - Jessica Adam placed a 911 phone call to LE to report Nancy missing. Jessica told LE in the 911 call, Brad had never been physically violent in the past, but there was a lot of tension and she wouldn't be surprised.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...1:58 p.m....It's believed Jessica Adam may have begun to jog the known trails Nancy would have taken. (I got this info from the 911 call)
Saturday, July 12, 2008..3:00 p.m. (approximate) Brad claimed he received a call from the police who were at his home. Nancys friends had called LE and Brad was summoned home.
Saturday, July 12, 2008...After 3:00 p.m. - The search for Nancy Cooper had begun in earnest. Friends and LE began the task of searching all the known trails Nancy normally traveled. They were provide three separate routes Nancy may have been on, by her husband and friends.
Sunday, July 13, 2008 - Police and volunteers continue the search for the missing jogger, Nancy Cooper. Not sure of what trail she had taken, the search intensified.
Monday, July 14, 2008 - Police and hundreds of volunteers continue the search for Nancy Cooper. Local waterways are also being searched.
Monday, July 14, 2008 - 3:45 p.m. Cary police said Brad Cooper was cooperating and answering questions and allowed them to search his house and cars. Police searched the couple's BMW sedan and BMW SUV. A Louis Vuitton purse was recovered from one of the vehicles.
Monday, July 14, 2008 - 7:35 p.m. - A man walking his dog found the body of a woman, near a cul de sac in The Oaks at Meadowridge off Holly Springs Road. (This was not one of the routes Nancy normally followed)
Tuesday, July 15, 2008 - The body located the previous day was identified as Nancy Cooper and her death ruled a homicide. Nancy's family was present at the news conference, but Brad was not present. (he had been inviteded, LE said they did NOT know why he was not there)
Wednesday, July 16, 2008 - 9:00 a.m. - News conference, attended by Nancy's family, Brad was again invited and at the last minute did not show up. Police confirmed the Coopers had been having marital problems. No further details given. Cause of death was not revealed. LE requested the public, with any information about Nancy Cooper that could assist in the case, to please contact police. LE also said this was NOT a random act of violence.
Wednesday, July 16, 2008 - 2:00 a.m. - Police serve a search warrant on the home of Nancy and Brad Cooper, as well as vehicles and the 'person' of Brad Cooper (dna).
Wednesday, July 16, 2008 - Brad Cooper retained attorneys Howard Kurtz and Seth Blum, who, in the afternoon released a statement saying their client would not be making any statements to the press.
Wednesday, July 16, 2008 - 4:45 - 5:00 p.m. Nancy's family (mom/dad/twin,sister) filed emergency Exparte action to gain immediate custody of the two Cooper minor children. Motion granted, children transferred from father to Nancy's family with the assistance of local Police. Brad has until July 25 to file an appeal.
Friday, July 16, 2008...A public memorial service was held for Nancy. The husband did NOT attend.
Thursday, July 17, 2008 - 9:00 a.m. At a news conference, it was acknowledged that Nancy's family had gained temporary custody of the children, for their safety. It is a private matter and LE will not discuss it. They will, however, use anything gained by that action, that could possibly be pertinent to the criminal investigation. LE is NOT involved in the 'civil matter' of the children.
Friday, July 18, 2008 - Nancy's family made a public statement that their prime concern is now the two children left behind. They thanked everyone for their help and kindness. They announced a public memorial to be held Saturday at Koka Booth Amphitheatre at Regency Park, with a smaller, private service to be Friday night for Nancy's close friends.
An additional statement made by Nancy's dad, ""I think this is an act of extreme cowardice by whoever did this, and I think if they had a shred of decency in their body, that they would come forward and acknowledge their guilt."
Friday, July 18, 2008 - Late in the afternoon, Brad Cooper's attorneys released this statement.
"Brad Cooper did not kill his wife and wants to mourn her death in private."
They wanted to make a statement, "because of wild speculation about the slaying of Nancy Cooper, whose body was found Monday...
The bizarre and unsupported theories floating around television and the Internet have made it impossible for us to sit quietly and to say nothing," Blum said.
Brad's attorney said his client "is not a suspect, not a person of interest, and he has been very, very clear with the police: He did not kill his wife."
He said his client is a private man and not accustomed to all of the media attention. He then continued, "Brad Cooper is also a man in mourning. He has lost his wife. He is grieving. Different people grieve in different ways. Mr. Cooper wishes to mourn privately. He does not want to do it at press conferences."
Friday, July 18, 2008....A private memorial was held for Nancy, including family and close friends. The husband did NOT attend.
Saturday, July 19, 2008..A public memorial service was held for Nancy, attended by 150 people in sweltering heat. The husband of the victim was not in attendance.
Sunday, July 20, 2008....The family of Nancy Cooper arrived in Edmonton, along with their two granddaugters. A memorial service is planned for Wednesday. The husband does not plan to attend.
Wednesday, July 23, 2008...A televised memorial service is given in Edmonton, Canada for Nancy Cooper. Brad Cooper the victims husband did not attend.
Wednesday, July 23, 2008...During the afternoon hours, Brad Coopers attorney files formal notice in answer to the Ex Parte Custody matter, Request for victims autopsy report, Request to Compel opposing counsel to disclose information, and a motion to disqualify opposing counsel as a conflict of interest. Ms. Stubbs had also represented the victim in her legal separation action. Which had never been signed and heard in court.

.Both sides met in Judges chambers on the Ex Parte action regarding the custody of the minor Cooper children. It was worked out between the parties involved the parents of Nancy Cooper and her twin sister would retain temporary custody until October 2008, with two supervised visits for the father, Bradley Cooer, during this period.
Tuesday, July 29, 2008...Two additional search warrants have been issued. These include a search warrant of husband Bradley Coopers office at Cisco System, his employer. An additional search warrant has been issued but the subject of the warrant remains unknown.
Thursday, July 31, 2008...Judge heard motions to unseal the search warrants that have been executed in the Nancy Cooper murder investigation. The request was denied and search warrants and their findings will remain sealed for 30 days after they were returned.
The investigation into the murder of Nancy Cooper continues. Police continue to canvass the neighborhood and community with flyers requesting anyone who may have seen something on the morning of Nancys disappearance to step forward. Meanwhile the Law Office representing the husband of Nancy Cooper, is requesting via their website for anyone with relevant information to phone them. If they wish, they could contact LE.
Although Brad Cooper has not been named a POI or suspect, it is the consensus of the media related experts, Brad Cooper is the target of the investigation. Brad remains on paid administrative leave from his employer, Cisco Systems.
