State investigators on Friday blasted a Brentwood-based nonprofit’s work on missing Tennessee woman Holly Bobo’s case, saying bad information it released could jeopardize legitimate detective work.
With the help of Without Warning, Channel 4 reported Bobo’s cellphone was tracked shortly after she went missing, that police dashboard cameras may have caught a glimpse of a potential suspect and that Bobo’s brother was strip-searched as part of the investigation into who may have abducted her.
All false, the TBI said Friday.
