#MissingMonday: We still need your help to locate Lucy Buchanan, who remains the subject of a #TNSilverAlert.

Ms. Buchanan has been missing since November 25, 2021, after a family member attempted to drop off groceries at Lucy’s residence in the area of Buena Vista Pike in Nashville, TN. Residents claim she possibly got into a grey van with a female driver.

Lucy is 5'0", 122 lbs., with grey hair and brown eyes.

Surveillance footage released by the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD) showed Buchanan getting into an elevator around 10 a.m. that morning. Later that day, cameras at Walgreens captured Buchanan walking south on Clarksville Pike.

She last spoke to her family on the phone on the morning of Nov. 29. By that afternoon, her phone was either dead or turned off. According to the TBI, a family member went by her apartment to drop off groceries and Buchanan wasn’t there.

New surveillance video of missing person 85-year-old Lucy Buchanan is being released in a continuing effort to locate her. Buchanan, who has dementia, was last seen leaving her apartment in the 2100 block of Buena Vista Pike on November 24 (the Wednesday before Thanksgiving) at 10:11 a.m. About 15 minutes later she is seen walking by the Walgreens at 3130 Clarksville Pike (video attached). She frequented the store and is known to walk around the Buena Vista and Clarksville Pike areas. She has also reportedly gotten into vehicles of people she does not know that were parked in business lots but has been driven home in the past.

Her family reports last speaking to her on her cell phone on Monday morning, November 29. Her phone was turned off or ran out of battery that afternoon. During a check of her apartment, nothing was missing or seemed out of place.
